The Monmouth Hawks refer to the 23 sports teams representing Monmouth University in West Long Branch, New Jersey in intercollegiate athletics, including men`s and women`s basketball, cross country, golf, lacrosse, soccer, tennis, track and field, and swimming; women`s-only bowling, field hockey, and softball; and men`s-only baseball and football. The Hawks compete in the NCAA Division I and are members of the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference, joining on July 1, 2013.
