The Point Skyhawks are the athletic teams for Point University in West Point, Georgia. Point University teams are nicknamed as the Skyhawks. The university is a member of the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA), primarily competing in the Appalachian Athletic Conference. For football only, the Skyhawks participated in The Sun Conference for the 2014 and 2015 seasons, and have joined the Mid-South Conference`s Sun Division beginning in the 2016 season.
