Big man Cliff Omoruyi committed to in-state Rutgers on Sunday, giving coach Steve Pikiell a major recruiting win in the Class of 2020.

The 6-foot-10 Omoruyi is a four-star prospect ranked by the 247Sports composite as the No. 8 center and the nation's No. 41 overall player.

"120% committed," he posted to Twitter on Sunday, with a photo illustration of him wearing a Rutgers uniform.

Omoruyi played his high school basketball at Roselle Catholic in Roselle, N.J. He averaged 14.3 points, 11.1 rebounds and 5.3 blocks per game, according to MaxPreps, which made him an honorable mention selection to its High School Boys Basketball All-American Team this week.

He had scholarship offers from at least one school in every Power 5 conference. He is believed to have selected Rutgers over Arizona State.
