Highly regarded graduate transfer Dimencio Vaughn announced Sunday that he has chosen to play his senior season at Ole Miss.
The 6-foot-5 guard, who departed Rider, chose the Rebels over Connecticut and Georgia.
"After much thought and consideration, I've decided to continue my basketball career at Ole Miss," Vaughn said in his announcement on Twitter. "Thank you to everyone who has helped me through this process. Excited to be a Rebel."
Vaughn averaged 14.8 points and 6.6 rebounds in 30 games (29 starts) in the recently concluded campaign to earn first-team All-Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference honors for the second time in his career. He also recorded 54 steals and shot 48.4 percent from the field, including 39.3 from 3-point range.
Vaughn also was a first-team all-conference choice in 2017-18 when he averaged 16.1 points and 6.7 rebounds.
