The Milwaukee Bucks have re-signed swingman Shabazz Muhammad, according to a report from Yahoo Sports.
Muhammad, 25, averaged 8.5 points and 2.8 rebounds in 11 games at the end of last season with the Bucks. He has averaged 9.0 points and 2.8 rebounds in 278 games (16 starts) with the Bucks and the Minnesota Timberwolves.
The 6-foot-6 small forward and shooting guard out of UCLA was a first-round pick (No. 14 overall) in 2013. The Utah Jazz drafted him and promptly sent him to Minnesota along with Gorgui Dieng in exchange for Trey Burke.
Muhammad also appeared in four playoff games last season with the Bucks, which marked the first postseason action of his career. He averaged 6.3 points and 1.0 rebounds while shooting 45 percent (9 of 20) from the field.
