Guard Brandon "B.J." Boston Jr., a five-star guard in the Class of 2020, committed to Kentucky.
"I appreciated everybody recruiting me, but I'm going to Kentucky and I picked them because I think it's what best fits me," Boston told 247Sports on Saturday.
Boston chose Kentucky over Duke, Florida, Auburn and Oregon, a late entrant onto his list.
Boston, who is from Georgia, is listed on the 247Sports composite as the No. 2 guard and the No. 10 overall player in the nation.
He is transferring to Sierra Canyon in Chatsworth, Calif., for his senior season, where he will team with forward Ziaire Williams, who is listed on the 247Sports composite as the No. 7 overall player.
Also playing the 2019-20 season at Sierra Canyon are senior Zaire Wade and freshman Bronny James, the sons of NBA legends Dwyane Wade and LeBron James.
Boston played for AOT on the Nike EYBL circuit this spring and summer. In 18 games, he averaged 22.8 points, 8.1 rebounds and 3.2 assists a game, according to 247Sports.
He is Kentucky's lone 2020 commit so far.
