Along with this, we have shared some of the best betting patterns of the season, hope you enjoyed.

Here are this week's ranking and team updates. Your comments are always welcome.

1. New Orleans Saints

Odds: +250
Record: 13-2 SU and 10-5 ATS
Last Week's Rank: 1st

Hard to imagine New Orleans will play their most important starters any more than a half against Carolina, if at all after wrapping up No.1 seed in the NFC.

2. Los Angeles Rams

Odds: +500
Record: 12-3 SU and 6-7-2 ATS
Last Week's Rank: 3rd

The Rams looked like the Rams against after ripping Arizona as expected. L.A. North still needs to beat San Francisco this week to assure the No.2 seed spot.

3. Kansas City Chiefs

Odds: +500
Record: 11-4 SU and 8-6-1 ATS
Last Week's Rank: 2nd

Despite the loss at Seattle, as long as Kansas City knocks off the hapless Oakland at home, they will be the No.1 seed in the AFC. Now about that defense.

4. Baltimore Ravens

Odds: +1600
Record: 9-6 SU and ATS
Last Week's Rank: 7th

Baltimore's win at the Chargers on a short week and traveling cross-country was the most impressive feat team of Week 16. After blowing a chance to reach the postseason last year, hard to imagine the Ravens screw up at home to Cleveland.

5. Seattle Seahawks

Odds: +2800
Record: 9-6 and 10-4-1 ATS
Last Week's Rank: 8th

A masterful year for Seattle and Pete Carroll to reach the playoffs. Seattle will want to knock off Arizona, which should not be a problem, setting up a confrontation at Dallas in the Wild Card round.

6. Minnesota Vikings

Odds: +3300
Record: 8-6-1 SU and 7-6-2 ATS
Last Week's Rank: 9th

After trailing 9-0, Minnesota woke up and came to play and outscored Detroit the rest of the way 27-0. The Vikings control their destiny and win over Chicago places them in the playoffs.

7. Chicago Bears

Odds: +1200
Record: 11-4 SU and ATS
Last Week's Rank: 5th

After doing what was needed to win at San Francisco, the Bears realize the chances of reaching No.2 seed are slim, needing the Rams to lose to 49ers. We will learn something about coach Matt Nagy and see how aggressive he is at Minnesota with a home game coming in the playoffs.

8. Pittsburgh Steelers

Odds: +4000
Record: 8-6-1 SU and 8-6-1 ATS
Last Week's Rank: 6th

A terrible decision by coach Tomlin on fake punt left the door open for New Orleans to take the lead and Pittsburgh turnovers did the rest. A vastly underachieving team needs a win against the Bengals and Baltimore to be upset at home to Cleveland to win AFC North and make playoffs.

9. Los Angeles Chargers

Odds: +1400
Record: 11-4 SU and 9-6 ATS
Last Week's Rank: 4th

A shockingly bad showing at home against Baltimore casts some doubt about just how truly good the Chargers are despite their record. No reason to extend themselves to hard at Denver with a trip back East somewhere next weekend.

10. New England Patriots

Odds: +650
Record: 10-5 and 8-7 ATS
Last Week's Rank: 11th

New England went through the motions and beat Buffalo in a non-cover. That was still good enough to help the Patriots move up to the No.2 seed and a triumph over the Jets at home means two weeks off for the Pats.

11. Houston Texans

Odds: +2500
Record: 10-5 SU and 6-6-3 ATS
Last Week's Rank: 10th

The vaunted Houston defense could not make a stop when they needed it most and essentially lost the No.2 seed in the AFC with a last-second loss at Philadelphia. The Texans have to beat Jacksonville at home this week or they could lose the AFC South too and become a Wild Card team.

12. Tennessee Titans

Odds: +4000
Record: 9-6 SU and ATS
Last Week's Rank: 13th

For the third time, Marcus Mariota suffered a stinger to his right elbow. He will probably play Sunday, but if he cannot, does anyone really like Blaine Gabbert vs. Andrew Luck in an all-or-nothing confrontation?

13. Dallas Cowboys

Odds: +2500
Record: 9-6 SU and 7-6-2 ATS
Last Week's Rank: 14th

Dallas is in the playoffs and is likely to rest everyone they can at the Giants with likely matchup against Seattle the following week.

14. Indianapolis Colts

Odds: +3500
Record: 9-6 SU and 8-7 ATS
Last Week's Rank: 12th

Indianapolis was flat against the Giants but awoke just in the nick of time to beat New York by one. That sets up playoff showdown with Tennessee, with the winner advancing and the loser missing out on continuing their season.

15. Philadelphia Eagles

Odds: +5000
Record: 8-7 and 6-8-1 ATS
Last Week's Rank: 15th

The late-season legend of Nick Foles continues to grow after come from behind win over Houston. With a victory over Washington a loss by Minnesota, Philadelphia would have an opportunity to defend their Super Bowl title.

16. Green Bay Packers

Odds: Find them here
Record: 6-8-1 SU and 6-9 ATS
Last Week's Rank: 17th

Aaron Rodgers took Green Bay from arguably its worst defeat of the season to another unbelievable OT win over the Jets. With the Lions already in hibernation, the Packers at least close the season with two wins.

17. Carolina Panthers

Odds: Find them here
Record: 6-9 SU and ATS
Last Week's Rank: 16th

With no Cam Newton, it is a formality that Carolina will fall at New Orleans. The only real question about the Panthers is will coach Ron Rivera survive "Black Monday" with his team on an eight-game losing streak?

18. Atlanta Falcons

Odds: Find them here
Record: 6-9 SU and 5-10 ATS
Last Week's Rank: 21st

Reports have coach Dan Quinn safe about keeping his job. He was hired as a defensive guy, he better come up with solutions or at this time next year, he might not be so lucky.

19. Detroit Lions

Odds: Find them here
Record: 5-10 SU and 8-7 ATS
Last Week's Rank: 18th

Detroit was in position to virtually end Minnesota's playoff chances, after dominating nearly the entire first half, but having just a 9-0 lead. A Vikings touchdown, followed by a Hail Mary pass answered and the Lions gave up in the second half. Almost impossible to think Detroit will be inspired for a contest at Green Bay.

20. Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Odds: Find them here
Record: 5-10 SU and 6-7-2 ATS
Last Week's Rank: 23rd

With coach Kirk Koetter's status up in the air, hanging a 'W' in the win column versus Atlanta in the home finale could be a positive.

21. Cleveland Browns

Odds: Find them here
Record: 7-7-1 SU and 9-6 ATS
Last Week's Rank: 22nd

Cleveland has a chance for its first winning season since 2007. Every Browns fan wants it and it would be even sweeter if they knocked Baltimore out the playoffs in there building after prior owner skipped town and went the land of crab cakes and left Cleveland without a team.

22. Cincinnati Bengals

Odds: Find them here
Record: 6-9 SU and 7-8 ATS
Last Week's Rank: 20th

After being down big to Cleveland, Cincinnati came back and covered the spread against the Browns. Hard to imagine there state or mine or Pittsburgh's this week.

23. Denver Broncos

Odds: Find them here
Record: 6-9 SU and 6-8-1 ATS
Last Week's Rank: 19th

Whatever fire and determination Denver played with earlier in the season, that has disappeared in the last three weeks. Is coach Vance Joseph in trouble and should John Elway also be?

24. Jacksonville Jaguars

Odds: Find them here
Record: 5-10 SU and ATS
Last Week's Rank: 26th

Blake Bortles came off the bench and led Jacksonville to a victory over Miami on the road. Go figure. Coach Doug Marrone is noncommittal on who will start in Week 17 in Houston.

 25. New York Giants

Odds: Find them here
Record: 5-10 SU and 9-6 ATS
Last Week's Rank: 24th

The New York Giants had Indianapolis beat but failed to seal the deal. The G-Men close out the season at home against Dallas, who figures to play as many backups as possible. Is this Eli Manning's last Giants start?

26. Washington Redskins

Odds: Find them here
Record: 7-8 SU and 9-6 ATS
Last Week's Rank: 25th

Give Washington credit for not giving up at Tennessee and taking the game late in the fourth quarter before falling. Do not be surprised if they do the same thing with the rival Eagles at their place to finish the year.

27. San Francisco 49ers

Odds: Find them here
Record: 4-11 SU and 5-10 ATS
Last Week's Rank: 27th

Good effort against Chicago by San Francisco, until QB Nick Mullens lost his football sense. The 49ers are 0-7 (2-5 ATS) on the road, losing by 10.3 PPG as they head south to face the Rams.

28. Buffalo Bills

Odds: Find them here
Record: 5-10 SU and 6-9 ATS
Last Week's Rank: 29th

LeSean McCoy's time in Buffalo looks to have expired and rookie QB Josh Allen has given no indication he's anything more than a good athlete with a strong (not accurate) arm. The Bills will have shot at beating Miami at home.

29. New York Jets

Odds: Find them here
Record: 4-11 SU and 5-9-1 ATS
Last Week's Rank: 30th

It would sure seem the final nail in Todd Bowles time as head coach in the Big Apple was the Jets not holding on to a 15-point fourth quarter lead and losing in OT to Green Bay. Off to New England.

30. Miami Dolphins

Odds: Find them here
Record: 7-8 SU and 8-7 ATS
Last Week's Rank: 28th

At best Ryan Tannehill is a mediocre starting QB in the NFL. But when his offensive line has more holes in its pass protection than a golf course, that's a problem. The warm weather Dolphins should love Buffalo this Sunday.

31. Oakland Raiders

Odds: Find them here
Record: 4-11 SU and 5-9-1 ATS
Last Week's Rank: 31st

In possibly was their home finale in Oakland, the Raiders played with purpose in upsetting Denver. Can or will they play the same way in Kansas City?

32. Arizona Cardinals

Odds: Find them here
Record: 3-12 SU and 6-9 ATS
Last Week's Rank: 32nd

With a likely GM change in the desert, it looks like Steve Wilks will be a one and done head coach. The only reasonable question about Arizona otherwise is; "With the first pick in the 2019 NFL Draft, the Arizona Cardinals select...."
