Bayern Munich won the title with 89 points and 122 goals scored.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The 2026-27 season has 18 clubs playing 34 matches each. After four matchdays, Borussia Dortmund led with 12 points from four wins, ahead of Bayern and SC Freiburg on 10, in ESPN&#8217;s table read on September 24, 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How the Bundesliga season works<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Every club plays the other 17 home and away, so a season is 306 matches. In 2025-26, ESPN&#8217;s standings marked the places this way:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>1st to 4th:<\/strong> Champions League<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>5th and 6th:<\/strong> Europa League<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>7th:<\/strong> Conference League qualifying<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>16th:<\/strong> relegation playoff<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>17th and 18th:<\/strong> relegated<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The 2025-26 bottom three were VfL Wolfsburg, 1. FC Heidenheim 1846 and St. Pauli, and none of them is in the 2026-27 table. The race for fourth was tighter: Stuttgart, Hoffenheim and Leverkusen finished three points apart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The three-way moneyline<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A soccer match has three results, so the moneyline has three prices: home, draw and away. DraftKings, as listed on ESPN on September 24, had Bayern Munich at FC Augsburg on October 10 at Bayern -525, draw +600 and Augsburg +650.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Turned into chances, those prices say Bayern 84.0%, draw 14.3% and Augsburg 13.3%. They add up to 111.6%, and the 11.6% over 100 is the sportsbook&#8217;s margin on a three-way market. It came up in 75 of the 306 Bundesliga matches in 2025-26, or 24.5%, against 27.4% in the Premier League. Home teams won 43.8% and away teams 31.7%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Totals and both teams to score<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The total is the over\/under on goals in the match. Bundesliga totals often start above 2.5. Of the eight matches DraftKings had priced for October 9 to 11, six had a total of 3.5 or more, and Bayern at Augsburg was set at 4.5, with the over at -110 and the under at -125.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The league&#8217;s own record is the benchmark. In 2025-26, 195 of 306 matches went over 2.5 goals and only 12 ended 0-0. For SV Elversberg at 1. FC Union Berlin on October 10, the over 2.5 was -180, which is priced at 64.3%, close to last season&#8217;s league rate of 63.7%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Both teams to score, a yes-or-no bet on each side scoring at least once, hit in 189 matches, or 61.8%. The Premier League rate was 56.1% in the same season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Asian handicaps<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An Asian handicap gives one side a head start in goals and removes the draw as a result. Bayern at Augsburg had Bayern -2.5 at +105 and Augsburg +2.5 at -165, so a Bayern bet needs a win by three or more, and an Augsburg bet wins unless Augsburg loses by three or more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quarter lines such as -0.25 and -0.75 split the stake across two lines.
