Indy comes off a bye and that incredible performance against the Chiefs, and all Houston keeps doing is scoring points and winning big ball games. I think the Colts are better than many will give them credit for, but the Texans are led by the amazing arms and legs of QB Deshaun "Randy" Watson. They look like a legit Super Bowl contender.
Take the point and march all he way to the bank with a big Houston road win.
Being from Detroit and a lifelong Lions fan I have had to deal with heartbreak for decades, but not many things could top the screw job the Lions received from the officials in Green Bay on MNF.
Outplaying the Packers the whole way only to see some of the most absurd calls ever made in unison in a Monday Night game do them in. This Lions team is different though than so many in the past as they have been able to recover from horrid situations the last couple of years under Matt Patricia better than they have in many years.
This is one of those situations. They will be angry, they will be ready and I am simply not sold on the Minnesota offense being consistent. Look for Matthew Stafford and the Lions D to have huge days in a big must-win home division game situation.
SAINTS AT BEARS
LINE: BEARS -4
DTM PICK: SAINTS +4
I have literally no confidence in the Bears offense as QB Mitchell Trubisky comes back to lead the charge. The Bears might have a good defense, but they are definitely offensively challenged and against a team like the Saints, even with Teddy Two Gloves instead of Brees, that is a major problem.
This should be a close one, but I feel the Saints are such a more complete team than Chicago that hey have a great chance to win this one outright and four points would be absurd not to gobble up in the Windy City on Sunday.
How can you have ANY trust in the sinking ship that is the Cowboys this year? This is a team that is in free fall and likely will see their coach Jason Garrett dumped if they lose this game.
The Eagles on the other hand have been solid most of the year and seem to be primed for another breakout game on the road after the tough loss last week to Minny. The Eagles already won in Green Bay so taking down a Cowboys team that is grasping for air should not be too big a task.
Look for a big game from Carson Wentz and for the aggressive Eagles D to be in Dak Prescott's face allllllll day.
