Giannis Antetokounmpo – Over 12.5 Rebounds (+100)
Giannis Antetokounmpo is expected to return from injury against the Detroit Pistons, having missed the previous five games with a knee problem. Lucky for Antetokounmpo and the Milwaukee Bucks, the Pistons find themselves rock bottom of the Eastern Conference.
The “Greek Freak” averages 31.0 points per game this season, in addition to 11.9 rebounds per game. Having notched a whopping 18 rebounds in his previous appearance, Antetokounmpo shouldn’t struggle to record over 12.5 rebounds against lowly Detroit.
Zach LaVine – Over 26.5 Points (-110)
Zach LaVine produced an eye-catching individual performance when the Chicago Bulls defeated the Pistons last time out, chalking up 30 points, five rebounds and four assists in the 18-point victory at Accor Arena.
Given that LaVine has registered 25+ points in eight of the past nine game, I’m confident that he will register over 26.5 points against the Atlanta Hawks, as he has already racked up 43 points against Atlanta this season.
Mike Conley – Over 7.5 Assists (-105)
Having won four of their previous six games, the Utah Jazz will be confident of dispatching the Charlotte Hornets, who find themselves second from bottom in the East after suffering 34 defeats in 47 outings this season.
Utah’s Mike Conley averages 7.5 assists per game in 2022-23 and has notched nine assists in each of his past two appearances. With that in mind, I’m backing the experienced guard to achieve over 7.5 assists when the Jazz host the Hornets on Monday.
Anthony Edwards – Over 29.5 Points (+136)
Timberwolves vs. Rockets Picks
Just two days after the Minnesota Timberwolves claimed a nine-point victory over the Houston Rockets. The teams will meet again at Toyota Center, with Minnesota expected to extend Houston’s losing streak to 14 games.
Minnesota’s Anthony Edwards racked up 44 points in the reverse clash, enhancing his status as one of the most exciting young players in the NBA. Given what the 21-year-old achieved a couple of days ago, he shouldn’t struggle to notch over 29.5 points against lowly Houston.
