NBA Player Props Picks for Wednesday, March 22nd 2023

We have 10 NBA match-ups to enjoy and bet on this Wednesday, March 22. Accoringly, I have tracked down the best NBA player props for today’s games. Feel free to take advantage of my top five picks below.

NBA Betting Sites

Nikola Jokic – Over 11.5 Rebounds (-115)

Nuggets vs. Wizards Predictions

Only one player – Domantas Sabonis – sits above Nikola Jokic on the rebounds per game leaderboard. Indeed, Jokic averages 11.9 rebounds per game right now, having racked up a whopping 762 rebounds across 64 appearances this season.

After notching 20 rebounds against the Brooklyn Nets earlier this month, Jokic punished the Nets once again last time out, adding 17 to his tally. Jokic’s high-flying Denver Nuggets face the lowly Washington Wizards on Wednesday, so I expect the Serbian to record over 11.5 rebounds.

NBA Point Spread Odds

OG Anunoby – Over 1.5 Steals (+100)

Pacers vs. Raptors Predictions

OG Anunoby finds himself at the summit of the steals per game leaderboard. In fact, the Toronto Raptors forward is the only player in the NBA to average 2.0 steals per game this season, with the Miami Heat’s Jimmy Butler averaging 1.9.

Across the past six games, Anunoby has chalked up 13 steals, registering three against the Los Angeles Clippers before grabbing five against the Los Angeles Lakers. With that in mind, I expect him to notch over 1.5 steals against the struggling Indiana Pacers on Wednesday.

Desmond Bane – Over 21.5 Points (-115)

Rockets vs. Grizzlies Predictions

Having won each of their last three games – and six of their previous seven – the Memphis Grizzlies occupy second place in the Western Conference. At the opposite end of the standings, the Houston Rockets find themselves rock bottom with a woeful record of 18-54.

For that reason, I’m confident that Memphis’ Desmond Bane will run riot against Houston on Wednesday. Bane has scored 21+ points in six of his previous nine outings and he looks set to surpass that mark once again at FedExForum.

NBA Point Spread Picks

Giannis Antetokounmpo – Over 11.5 Rebounds (-125)

Spurs vs. Bucks Predictions

Believe it or not, Giannis Antetokounmpo has exactly the same rebounds per game average as Nikola Jokic this season. Both men average 11.9 rebounds per game in 2022-23, courtesy of an impressive run of displays from Antetokounmpo.

The Milwaukee Bucks forward has chalked up 11+ rebounds in three of his four outings since returning from a hand injury. With the Bucks flying high at the Eastern Conference summit, Antetokounmpo looks destined to enjoy plenty of success against the San Antonio Spurs, who find themselves second from bottom in the West.

Chris Paul – Over 9.5 Assists (-120)

Suns vs. Lakers Predictions

Only four players have a better assists per game average than Chris Paul this season, as the Phoenix Suns guard averages 9.2 assists per game in 2022-23. After bagging 16 assists against the Sacramento Kings earlier this month, Paul recorded 13 against the Oklahoma City Thunder last time out.

Thanks largely to Paul’s efforts, the Suns have climbed to fourth in the Western Conference. Facing a Los Angeles Lakers team sitting 11th in the standings, I’m backing to Paul to secure over 9.5 assists on Wednesday.
