Our Copa Sudamericana predictions cover selected games from the 2026 knockout rounds, and each one names our pick for the game. Six are published so far, from both legs of the quarterfinals, by Keylor Santos, Mario Vega and Mateo Herrera.
The semifinals are next. Boca Juniors play Vasco da Gama and Atlético-MG play Montevideo City Torque, with first legs on 13 and 14 October and the final in Barranquilla on 21 November.

Last season
Lanús and Atlético-MG drew 0-0 in the 2025 final at Defensores del Chaco on 22 November 2025, and Lanús won the shootout 5-4.
Atlético-MG, the runners-up, are back in the semifinals a year later, after beating Santos 3-1 on penalties.
How Copa Sudamericana betting works here
Each leg is bet on its own. The three-way moneyline is home win, draw or away win, settled on the score after 90 minutes plus stoppage time. Boca Juniors drew 1-1 at São Paulo on 15 September, so a bet on Boca to win that leg lost, even though Boca went through.
A “to qualify” bet is on which club wins the tie, counting both legs and whatever decides it after the second one. Montevideo City Torque lost the first leg 2-0 at Cienciano, then won the second 3-0 on 17 September. A bet on them to qualify, placed after the first leg, won.
The Asian handicap takes the draw away from a single leg: at -1.5 the favorite must win by two or more, and at -1 a one-goal win refunds your stake. The total is the number of goals in the leg, over or under a line such as 2.5. The final on 21 November is one game, so it has no aggregate.
