The records are ESPN’s, read on 24 September 2026, sorted by league record and then overall record. It is a different league from last season’s. Against ESPN’s 2025 standings, Boise State, Colorado State, Fresno State, San Diego State and Utah State are gone, and North Dakota State, Northern Illinois and UTEP are in, which leaves 10 teams.
Northern Illinois is the only team without a win. It lost 40-0 at No. 22 Iowa, 28-24 at home to Illinois State and 42-17 at Arizona.
Results so far
Two league games have been played. UNLV won 21-6 at Hawai’i on 5 September, and North Dakota State won 38-32 at Air Force on 12 September.
North Dakota State’s other three wins were 33-7 over Jacksonville State and 38-0 over Fordham, both in Fargo, and 31-10 at Sacramento State on 19 September. UNLV has lost both of its other games, 27-21 at home to Memphis and 44-6 at North Texas.
New Mexico beat Central Michigan 38-7 and Mercyhurst 70-7, then lost 14-6 at Oklahoma on 19 September, with the Sooners ranked No. 24 going in. UTEP has played two ranked teams on the road and lost 51-0 at Oklahoma and 52-17 at Michigan.

Break-even is 100 divided by the price plus 100: North Dakota State at +105 has to win the league 48.8% of the time to break even. The 10 rates add up to 116.2%.
At +105 the price is close to even money. North Dakota State still has to play the next two teams on the board away from Fargo, at UNLV on 10 October and at New Mexico on 24 October. New Mexico, the second choice, has not played a league game yet and opens at home to UTEP on 3 October.
