Washington Mystics Can Win If…
The Mystics have been plagued by defensive lapses, allowing Golden State to hit 15 three-pointers in Wednesday’s 88-83 loss. However, their offensive production remains solid, with multiple players stepping up to keep games close.
Shakira Austin’s status will be worth monitoring after she missed the last contest with a sore left leg, but Sydney Johnson’s group will need to defend the perimeter far better to slow down Indiana’s shooters.
If Natasha Cloud and Ariel Atkins can push the pace offensively while the defense cuts down on opponent threes, Washington can grind out a much-needed road win.
Indiana Fever Can Win If…

If Indiana can limit turnovers, control the boards, and get Boston rolling in the paint, they should have enough to close out Washington at home.
