College Football Bookies

Georgia is actually favored in this game. Look for a few of their players to step up and have big games on Monday night. There may be a few that struggle as well. Check out our Georgia vs. Alabama preview for the big game.

Here’s where you may be able to find some value on player props. These are the top five 2022 CFP national championship player props picks.

George Pickens Props Picks for CFP

Best Bet: Over 30.5 Receiving Yards

CFP Props Odds: Over 30.5 Yards (-115) / Under 30.5 Yards (-115)

If you know who Pickens is, you might be wondering how this number isn’t higher. If you don’t know, Pickens is Georgia’s No. 1 receiver. He tore an ACL in spring football and missed most of the 2021 season.

He did see some action in the SEC title game. Pickens caught just two passes for 41 yards. He saw some action in the Orange Bowl semifinal win over Michigan where he caught one pass for nine yards.

Pickens didn’t really need to be factor in the Orange Bowl, but with the extra rest and his ability he will be counted on to make some plays on Monday night. Pickens is 6-3 with good speed. He is athletic and an outstanding route runner. He can make a few plays to get himself 31 passing yards on Monday night.

Stetson Bennett Props Picks for CFP

Best Bet: Under 249.5 Passing Yards

CFP Props Odds: Over 249.5 Yards (-120) / Under 249.5 Yards (-110)

Bennett went off on the Tide in the SEC championship game, but that was more out of necessity. This time around, you can bet the Alabama defense will have a few things in store for Georgia.

Bennett’s main target is TE Brock Bowers. He will have a healthy George Pickens too, but the Tide defense will work to take one or both away. Plus, Georgia would really love to establish the run on Monday night.

As a result, Bennett will be limited in the passing game and will find it hard to get to 250 yards.

Zamir White Props Picks for CFP

Best Bet: Over 46.5 Rushing Yards

CFP Props Odds: Over 46.5 Yards (-115) / Under 46.5 Yards (-115)

White is Georgia’s leading rusher, but he hasn’t had a quality game since running for 83 yards on four carries against FCS Charleston Southern.

The other thing is he will split carries with James Cook and Kenny McIntosh. Going up against Alabama’s defense, don’t expect white to get enough carries to get anywhere close to 50 yards.

College Football Predictions

Stetson Bennett Props Picks for CFP

Best Bet: Under 1.5 TD Passes

CFP Props Odds: Over 1.5 TD Passes (-180) / Under 1.5 TD Passes (+130)

In the SEC championship game, Bennett had a great day statistically throwing for over 300 yards and three touchdowns. The problem is that he had to throw.

Georgia was ineffective running the ball and after leading 10-0 early fell behind quickly. Bennett had to throw out of necessity.

On Monday, Georgia will attempt to establish the run. They may or may not have some success, but you can bet the Nick Saban-led Alabama defense is not going to let Bennett throw the ball all over the yard like last time.

Georgia is going to have to work to put the ball in the end zone and, if they do, it will be on short runs at the end of long drives.

Brian Robinson Jr. Props Picks for CFP

Best Bet: Anytime TD

CFP Props Odds: Robinson Anytime TD -125

Robinson ran for 204 yards in Alabama’s semifinal win over Cincinnati. He didn’t score a rushing touchdown though.

Alabama’s top running back also did not score in the SEC championship win over Georgia. He ran for 55 yards on 16 carries but didn’t get into the end zone. Bryce Young threw three touchdowns and ran for one in that game.

Like Alabama, Georgia and its defense will do its best to take away the big play. As a result, the Tide is going to have to work for scores. Robinson scoring at the end of a long drive is going to happen. Plus, he hasn’t scored a touchdown since Nov. 13.
