Week 7 is a fun week with a lot of close matchups and games to target with teasers in plenty of spots. We’ll make a 6-point teaser and a 10-point teaser with the best games available for the different numbers. Remember that it is important to follow a lot of standard teaser rules, meaning that we *generally* want close games in CFB, and we want to get through as many key numbers as possible.

Miami vs. North Carolina Best Bets
Best Bet: North Carolina -1.5
North Carolina is reeling a bit, and they are just a disappointing team at this point. Luckily for them, Miami is also struggling, and they are now looking at their third-string QB being the starter this week. North Carolina’s offense hasn’t been consistent, but they are still explosive, and Miami’s lack of tackling is problematic in a spot like this.
Best Bet: UCLA +7.5
UCLA is one of my favorite bets of the entire season in this spot. UCLA hasn’t lived up to expectations that came AFTER the first few weeks, but I think this team is still way better than Washington. Washington has struggled to move the ball through the air, especially deep downfield, and that is where you beat UCLA. UCLA should be able to outscore Washington here, even on the road.
Texas A&M vs. Missouri Best Bets
Best Bet: Texas A&M -2.5
Texas A&M is coming off of the biggest win of the Jimbo Fisher era. Unfortunately, this comes after a few disappointing weeks that made TAMU irrelevant in the national picture before that huge upset win. Now they travel to Missouri in what could be a letdown spot.
However, TAMU’s offensive line is pretty solid, and the running backs are probably the strength of the offense. Mizzou has been genuinely horrible against the run this year and I don’t know why we expect that to stop in this game. Maybe this game looks rough from a viewing perspective, but I cannot see TAMU losing this game barring a complete collapse.

College Football 10-Point Teaser Picks for Week 7
NC State vs. Boston College Best Bets
Best Bet: Boston College +13
I just love what Boston College is, and this team ALWAYS fights until the end. When we can get this number up to 13, this would just take a collapse from a BC team that doesn’t seem able to do that.
Jeff Hafley is quietly climbing coaching ranks and is a future star, and every single thing that he has done as BC’s head coach has exceeded expectations. I think that this team is still ascending long-term and I love getting 13 points at home.
Best Bet: Virginia -0.5
Now, I don’t love teasing all the way down to .5, but given the number at 10.5, this is the spot to do it because it’s how we can get through 10, 7, AND 3. Duke has been inconsistent, but overall they are a bad team. Virginia is a really fun team that can show flashes of being a legitimately good offense. I’ll roll with this offense at home.
Best Bet: TCU +23.5
Oklahoma hasn’t shown that they can beat an FBS program by the initial spread, never mind the 10-point teaser here. TCU is dealing with injury concerns with Max Duggan and Zach Evans, who are the 2 most important offensive players. That being said, we are seeing a backup QB taking over for Spencer Rattler against a Gary Patterson defense, getting almost 24 points? Sign me up!
