What better way to start a new week of NBA betting action than with a three-team parlay? Hitting on a parlay to start your week can set you up for a great week of betting.
Here’s our favorite NBA parlay to bet Monday night (What Is a Parlay Bet?).
Three-Team NBA Parlay (+400)
Orlando Magic-Detroit Pistons – Under
Indiana Pacers-Washington Wizards – Over
Golden State Warriors-New Orleans Pelicans – Over
As a reminder, a parlay bet is one in which you need multiple outcomes to occur to win the bet. In exchange for the numerous outcomes, sportsbooks give you a better payout.
This three-team NBA parlay is three total picks, so let’s break down what we like about each game.
Orlando Magic vs. Detroit Pistons Preview
Best Bet – Under 213 Points
The first leg of our parlay is a bet on two poor offenses failing to hit their projected point totals. Both the Orlando Magic and Detroit Pistons find themselves near the bottom of the Eastern Conference, in large part because of their struggling offenses.
With points, efficiency and shooting percentage taken into account, the Pistons rank 26th in the NBA on the offensive end. The Magic are dead-last. Put these teams together, and it should be a slog to get points on the board.
The one thing the Detroit offense does well, scoring in the paint, perfectly aligns with Orlando’s defensive strength. The Magic are a top 10 defense defending points near the rim.
The Magic offense is bad at everything, so the Pistons’ 18th-ranked defense should be able to reign supreme on Monday night. These teams have met twice this season, combining for 201 and 198 points. Bet the under in this one.

Indiana Pacers vs. Washington Wizards Preview
Best Bet – Over 246 Points
The Pacers-Wizards game projects to be a juicy matchup with plenty of points. For starters, both teams play fast.
Pace is calculated by field goals attempted per game and possessions per game. The Pacers play at the third-fastest pace in the NBA, while the Wizards rank fifth.
Indiana’s defense is average but faces a disadvantage in this one. The Wizards prefer to get to the hoop with their slashing guards Bradley Beal and Russell Westbrook.
This stylistic preference gives Washington the sixth-most points in the paint per game. The Pacers allow the second-most points in the paint. Both Beal and Westbrook seem poised for big games.
The Washington defense is overall a poor unit, ranking 23rd in the league. Indiana has no distinct advantage but shouldn’t struggle against the Wizards.
These teams have met just once this season, with the Wizards winning 132-124.

Golden State Warriors vs. New Orleans Pelicans Preview
Best Bet – Over 236 Points
The final leg of our three-team parlay is an easy choice: the over in the Warriors-Pelicans game. Like the Pacers-Wizards game above, both of these offenses rank inside the top 10 of pace, a sure indicator of points to come.
New Orleans has one of the strongest offenses in the NBA, but it’s the Golden State team that should power this over. Led by Stephen Curry, the Warriors predictably rank sixth in threes made per game.
The Pelicans’ defense is the third-most generous defense to the outside shot. This should be a big game for Curry and this offense.
Combined, this is a +400 parlay to start your NBA week strong.
