James Madison vs. Appalachian State Predictions
Best Bet: Dukes from +7 to +13
Appalachian State is coming down from two tremendous highs. Two weeks ago, the Mountaineers upset Texas A&M on the road.
Appalachian State then hosted College Gameday and beat Troy on a wild Hail Mary. The Mountaineers are now tasked with taking on a program that hopes to be them.
James Madison has been one of the best FCS programs recently and are making the transition to FBS. Betting on a letdown from the Mountaineers and bet the Dukes down from +7 to +13. James Madison can stay within two scores.
Minnesota vs. Michigan State Prediction
Best Bet: Spartans from +3 to +9
The Spartans are coming off a brutal beatdown at the hands of Washington. While Michigan State showed it may not be ready for its lofty ranking last week, Minnesota also hasn’t proven much during its 3-0 start. The Golden Gophers best win is over a Colorado program that is in shambles.
Moving the line six points will allow for a bettor to avoid a possible push with a 3-point loss and requires Michigan State to stay within two scores.
Oregon vs. Washington State Prediction
Best Bet: Ducks from -7 to -1
The Ducks showed everyone they are more than capable of remaining in the top 25 and challenging for the Pac-12 crown.
Oregon has played a difficult schedule so far, beating No. 12 BYU and losing to No. 1 Georgia. Ducks quarterback Bo Nix also showed he is more than capable of leading the team with a big performance against the Cougars.
Washington State does have a three-point road win over Wisconsin on its resume.
However, the Cougars also have an uninspiring seven-point win over Idaho on their record. Being able to move Oregon from a touchdown favorite to one-point sets up nice in what could be a comfortable road win for Oregon.
NCAAF 10-Point Teaser Picks for Week 4
Navy vs. East Carolina Predictions
Best Bet: East Carolina -17 to -7
Navy looks like a shell of its former self. The Midshipmen haven’t won a game this season and took a loss to FCS Delaware. East Carolina has shown itself capable of taking on top 25 programs like it did with a narrow home loss to NC State.
The Pirates will run away with this one and getting it down to a touchdown is a good number.
Clemson vs. Wake Forest Predictions
Best Bet: Wake Forest +7 to +17
The Demon Deacons are looking to prove they can be legitimate contenders for the Atlantic Coastal Division title. The Tigers haven’t looked as dominant as they have in previous years.
Wake Forest should keep it within 17 at home.
Texas vs. Texas Tech Predictions
Best Bet: Red Raiders +6.5 to +16.5
Texas Tech has played well this year and Texas’ best performance was a non-conference loss over Alabama. The Red Raiders have a win over Houston and should be able to hang with the Longhorns.
