Top NBA Player Props Picks for Friday, March 4th 2022

The NBA Friday slate is loaded, and that means it’s time to bet. Basketball season is coming down to the wire, making this the best time to wager. As much as I enjoy taking sides, it’s best to hammer player props.

When we bet player props, we get to rely on individuals. This is safer than betting on teams.

The Friday slate possesses a bunch of great opportunities to win on players. Here are my top five player props for March 4.

Evan Fournier Over 14.5 Points

Knicks vs. Suns Picks

Evan Fournier is a playmaker, and this is valuable. However, I am not going to lie and say this is a risky prop.

Fournier is a boom or bust athlete. In back-to-back games against the Sixers, he looked like a different player.

In his first game, he had 24 points. In the second contest, he played ten less minutes but only had three points.

I expect him to surpass his point total against the Suns. Phoenix is a team that plays fast, giving Fournier multiple opportunities to shoot.

In his first contest against the team, he had 11 points in 26 minutes. However, he shot 43% from three-point land. This is a recipe for success.

Trae Young Under 5.5 Rebounds

Hawks vs. Wizards Picks

Trae Young is not sticking his head down low to grab boards. This is not his style.

Young is a natural scorer that loves to shoot the basketball. He is typically at the top of the arc, which does not equate to rebounds.

Young is averaging 3.8 rebounds per game, which is two boards lower than his total against the Wizards. It’s hard not to resist this prop when you see these numbers.

Young has not come close to six boards in his past five games.

Joel Embiid Under 29.5 Points

Joel Embiid is on pace to win the NBA MVP award. He has been sensational all season long.

Yet, Embiid possesses some issues with James Harden returning to the lineup. Harden is naturally going to take scoring chances away from Embiid.

In Harden’s debut with the team, Embiid only had 27 points. In his previous games without Harden, he had 42, 36, 34, and 37.

This is a risky play, but one that could be lucrative. This is especially true as Harden gets more comfortable with the team.

NBA Predictions

Nikola Jokic Under 9.5 Assists

Rockets vs. Nuggets Picks

Nikola Jokic is one of the best assist players in basketball. He is averaging 7.9 assists per game this season, which is sixth in the NBA. However, against Houston, he is averaging 2.5 assists per game.

The Rockets allow Jokic to score quickly. They do not play good defense, so Jokic can take it to the hoop.

He is averaging 26 PPG against the Rockets this season. Additionally, his minutes should be slightly down.

Khris Middleton Over 4.5 Assists

Bucks vs. Bulls Picks

Khris Middleton is averaging six assists per game against the Bulls. He has been critical in the passing success of the Bucks.

Middleton loves to spread the ball around the floor. He will be forced to do this against a strong Bulls team.

Chicago forces passes, and that’s when Middleton’s assist numbers spike.
