Top Three NFL Week 13 Moneyline Underdog Picks

Top Three NFL Week 13 Moneyline Underdog Picks

The Raiders pulled the biggest upset in Week 12 with a 36-33 win over Dallas on Thanksgiving Day. The Raiders were a +260 underdog on the moneyline.

The Jets (+175) and the Giants (+125) both won as underdogs in Week 12. Could either or both do it again in Week 13?

Here are the top three NFL Week 13 moneyline underdog picks.

New York Giants at Miami Dolphins

Giants vs. Dolphins Prediction

The Giants did it last week with a 13-7 win over Philadelphia. Since Week 7, the defense is allowing just 15.2 points per game. That will be enough to toy with Miami QB Tua Tagovailoa, who is adequate but is by no means an elite signal caller.

Miami has somehow won four games in a row. Two of the wins aren’t all that impressive as they were against Houston (17-9) and the New York Jets (24-17). The Dolphins defense has also been stout over the last month. They have allowed 46 points in their past four games combined.

Giants head coach Joe Judge (9-3 ATS) and QB Daniel Jones (11-4 ATS) perform well when they are road underdogs. They will keep this one close enough to win it in the end.

Best Moneyline Pick: GIANTS +135

Los Angeles Chargers at Cincinnati Bengals

Chargers vs. Bengals Prediction

The Bengals get the nod as the favorite because of home field advantage. Statistically, these two teams are about equal.

Sure, Cincy looked good last week, but Pittsburgh’s offense is awful and the Chargers’ Justin Herbert is not Ben Roethlisberger. The Bengals pass defense is suspect and has been gouged by big throwers.

Yes, Cincy’s Joe Mixon could run wild on the Chargers run defense, which is terrible. However, the Chargers have kept each of their last four games close. In a shootout, Herbert and the Chargers take down the Joe Burrow and the Bengals.

Best Moneyline Pick: CHARGERS +145

San Francisco 49ers at Seattle Seahawks

49ers vs. Seahawks Prediction

Seattle has been awful since early this season. Russell Wilson hasn’t been himself, but you would have to think at some point things are going to change for the better for the Seahawks. This could be the week.

The 49ers have been hot recently winning three of their last four games. That’s mainly due to getting some players like TE George Kittle back in the lineup. San Francisco did lose WR Deebo Samuel though and he will miss Sunday’s game. Samuel has been a huge weapon for the Niners this season.

Now, it’s worth noting that Seattle has owned San Francisco for the better part of a decade. The Seahawks have won 14 of the last 16 games. That includes a 28-21 win earlier this season.

Here’s the kicker. Niners head coach Kyle Shanahan doesn’t do well in these situations. He’s just 11-22-1 ATS when the Niners are the favorite and he’s even worse (4-15-1 ATS) when they are a road favorite. San Francisco has lost quite a few of those games and they will do the same this Sunday.
