We’re down to the last two days of the NBA regular season. Here are a few over/unders for betting on the NBA on Saturday.
Chicago Bulls vs. Brooklyn Nets Prediction
Best Bet: OVER 235 Points
Any game with the Brooklyn Nets loaded offense is one to keep an eye on. No team scores more efficiently and effectively than the Nets.
James Harden has returned to the lineup, putting up a near triple-double on Wednesday night.
The pick here is primarily built on Brooklyn’s offensive success, though Chicago does give us a few angles to feel good about.
As the top offense in the league, the Nets do everything well. The strength of their lineup was on full display Wednesday when eight different players hit double digits for points.
The Bulls are a league-average defense, which won’t be enough to slow down this Brooklyn offense.
Going in Chicago’s favor is the lack of defensive chops on the Nets end. A bottom-ten defense, the Nets are susceptible to points, allowing the seventh most per game in the NBA.
The Bulls play at a fast pace, and the more opportunities they give their middling offense, the better.
There’s enough to like about this game to take them over.
Boston Celtics vs. Minnesota Timberwolves Prediction

Best Bet: OVER 230.5 Points
Our next game of the day is between Boston and Minnesota. These intra-conference foes last played on April 9, with the Celtics winning in overtime 145-136.
Any type of replicated effort is a welcome development on this end, as we’re targeting the over once again.
The over here is built on Minnesota’s porous defense and the Celtics slipping defensive chops. Boston has lost four straight games, most recently to Cleveland. Take away the Cavs’ bottom-ranked offense from the equation: the other three losses had the opponent averaging 127 points per game.
The Timberwolves play at a fast pace, always a solid recipe for betting an over. The duo of Anthony Edwards and Karl-Anthony Towns should have their way with this slipping Celtic defense.
For this over to hit, we need another strong game from Jayson Tatum. With Jaylen Brown out for the year, it’s on Tatum to right this Boston ship. The Minnesota defense is vulnerable to points in the paint and the three-point shot, perfectly aligning with Tatum’s game.
If the wing chooses his spots wisely and takes good shots, he could replicate the 53-point outing he had against this team last month.
The Timberwolves have the second-worst defense in the league, while Boston is average. That’s a large enough discrepancy to feel good about the Celtics’ chances.

Miami Heat vs. Milwaukee Bucks Prediction
Best Bet: UNDER 232 Points
Our last bet of the day is one simply on two strong defenses. Both the Heat and Bucks own top-ten defenses in the NBA.
This is also the rare game between two teams still playing for final seeding. We shouldn’t have to worry about shifting rosters and minutes – each team should be out there 100%.
Miami has been playing as well as anyone, winners of four straight and 8-2 in their last ten. If they can dictate the flow of this game to their preferences (slow and methodical), the under should be in good hands.
