The long-awaited fight between Jake Paul and Tommy Fury (billed as The Truth) will finally take place on Sunday, February 26th, at the Diriyah Arena in Saudi Arabia.

Paul vs. Fury Preview
This bout was initially scheduled to take place in December 2021, but Fury withdrew from the fight due to injury. Former UFC welterweight champion Tyron Woodley replaced Fury, but Paul still claimed an impressive win.
The Truth was rescheduled for August 2022, but Fury pulled out due to travel issues on that occasion. Now, at the third time of asking – and after plenty of talk from both camps – the fight is finally going ahead.
Following a win against Anderson Silva back in October, Paul’s professional record stands at 6-0. The 26-year-old American has claimed four knockout victories since 2020, although many experts still question his credibility as a pro boxer.
On the flip side, Fury’s record stands at 8-0, with four knockouts coming since 2019. The 23-year-old Brit last took to the ring in April 2022, defeating Daniel Bocianski on points at Wembley Stadium.
Although Fury has withdrawn from The Truth on two occasions, there is no denying that he boasts the better boxing technique of the two fighters. Given that Paul is more of a social media personality, he could come unstuck against Fury.

By all accounts, Jake Paul has trained extremely hard for this clash, but I wouldn’t be surprised if he looks out of his depth against Tommy Fury. After all, Fury is an out-and-out boxer, whereas Paul is relatively new to the sport.
I’m backing Fury to beat Paul, and I’m also backing the Brit to win by KO/TKO. Accordingly, it also makes sense to bet on the fight not going the distance, as I’m confident that Fury will put an end to the bout before the final bell.
