That’s officially a wrap, folks. The final lineup for the Stanley Cup Playoffs has been decided, and the first round starts this Saturday.
After a few weeks of lackluster performance, the NHL handicappers at ScoresandStats.com have come out of the woodwork and put up a good fight last week, bringing home more than $2,500 in profit.

Top NHL Handicappers Last Week
As the last week of the regular season, it was a good week for NHL handicappers. Both NHL and NBA cappers were in a slump the past few weeks, but they pulled out the stops to make $2,563 in profit.
The top five went 37-10 for a win rate of 78.7%. Almost a 20% boost in win rate over the previous week’s performance!
We see a few returning faces, but we also see new folks here too, including Steve Janus and Ricky Tran. Both of whom went 4-0 last week. Both Janus and Tran made most of their money on favorites moneylines, with a totals wager thrown in for good measure.

Scott had a pretty even breakdown between spreads and moneylines. Not surprisingly, he had a fair balance between underdog and favorite moneylines, winning most of both. Scott’s picks has a particular affinity for accurately picking the winners of games, especially in challenging lineups.

Where Our Money’s at This Week
Saturday is the first day of the Stanley Cup Playoffs, kicking off with two games. The Blues play the Jets and the Avalanche play the Stars.
The first round of the playoffs has 7 games on the schedule for each pairing of teams. Games 5, 6, and 7 are only necessary if a clear winner isn’t decided in the first 4 games. All round 1 games are expected to conclude by May 4th, after which, the round 2 schedule will be released.
The Jets finished #1 in the Central Division, while the Blues were the second wild card in the West. The Jets were in the lead for most of the season, so it’s likely that they’ll knock out the Blues fairly quickly.
