Judge leads MLB with 25 round-trippers and Alonso is tied for second with 18. Byron Buxton of Minnesota and Austin Riley of Atlanta also have 18 dingers.

Judge, Alonso, and Betts, who is fifth with 17 homers are all in action today. Will any or all hit homers today? Here are the top MLB home run props picks for Thursday, June 16, 2022.

Bryce Harper – OVER 0.5 HRs (+320)

Phillies vs. Nationals Prediction

Harper has 15 homers this season, but he hasn’t hit one in his last six games. He had homers on consecutive nights against Milwaukee.

Tonight, Harper will go up against Washington pitcher Patrick Corbin. Harper has been fairly successful against Corbin in his career. He is hitting .273 in 33 at-bats against Corbin. He hasn’t hit a home run against him, but tonight is the night.

Harper is seeing the ball well. He has hit safely in all but two games in June so far.

MLB Odds

Pete Alonso – OVER 0.5 HRs (+400)

Brewers vs. Mets Prediction

As mentioned, Alonso is second in the majors in homers. He has yet to homer in this series against Milwaukee. He went 0-for-4 last night against Brewers ace Corbin Burnes.

Tonight, he will face Aaron Ashby who Alonso has only seen once in his career. Alonso is one of the best long-ball hitters in the game. He had 37 homers last year and led the majors with 53 in his rookie season in 2019.

With the Mets looking to get a series win today against the Brewers, Alonso comes up big.

MLB Picks

Mike Trout – OVER 0.5 HRs (+200)

Angels vs. Mariners Prediction

It’s been a few days since one of baseball’s most prolific hitters has gone yard. Trout is among the MLB leaders with 16 homers this season.

He hit one against Boston last week and two against the Mets last Saturday and hasn’t homered in three games since.

The Angels are in the midst of a serious slump where they have won just two of their last 20 games. Trout needs to provide the spark to get them out.

Trout will go up against Seattle pitcher George Kirby who is 1-1 with a 3.65 ERA this season. Trout hasn’t faced him yet in his career, but he’ll be glad to add Kirby to his list of victim pitchers.
