UEFA Nations League Predictions
The UEFA Nations League is the competition that replaced most international friendlies. Europe’s national teams are sorted into four tiers and play each other in groups, for points, on a fixed calendar.
How the four tiers work
Teams are graded into League A, B, C and D, and each league is split into groups. Where a team finishes decides whether it moves up or down a league for the next edition.
Because the tiers are graded, a nation’s opponents change from edition to edition rather than staying fixed the way a domestic league does.
