Some changes have been made to the UFC’s latest title shot hopes for the lightweight division. Beneil Dariush suffered an injury and was unable to take on Islam Makhachev, which should have set up nicely for a matchup to prove who gets a title shot.
Instead, Bobby Green takes the challenge on 10 days’ notice to fill the void for the fight. Below you can see how he stacks up and what else is available on the card.
When: Saturday, February 26 at 7:00 PM ET
Where: UFC APEX, Las Vegas, NV

Islam Makhachev vs. Bobby Green Prediction
Makhachev has been a winning machine since his professional debut. His success comes from a variety of reasons, but the most popular one is that he is Khabib Nurmagomedov’s protege.
Green is taking a huge fight on short notice, which every fighter that wants to improve their rank should do. This will be the first main event feature of his career since joining the UFC in 2013.
Makhachev will likely be aggressive from the start for his takedowns. He should be able to land them with ease, but it is a matter of if Green can recover and get back on his feet.
There is not much of a chance here for Green, other than a lucky uppercut or knee somewhere. You could take Makhachev to win outright as a safe bet or even put him as a good parlay piece. The best option for the most money would be to take him to win by submission.
Best Bet: Makhachev wins by submission at +110
Misha Cirkunov vs. Wellington Turman Prediction

Both Cirkunov and Turman have some catching up to do with their records. Their results have been rather mixed lately and need to make a statement.
This will be Cirkunov’s second fight at middleweight, which he lost the previous bout by split decision. Turman returns after a split decision victory against Sam Alvey.
Both fighters have struggled on their feet, but Turman had a difficult battle against Alvey who is bigger. Cirkunov is stepping down from light heavyweight, so he is naturally a bigger fighter that could cause problems.
Best Bet: Cirkunov wins at -125
Ji Yeon Kim vs. Priscila Cachoeira Prediction
Kim and Cachoeira have strong similarities between them. This should turn into an entertaining striking matchup.
Kim has shown in the last that she is the better striker between the two of them. With that in mind, she should be able to keep the fight standing and take care of Cachoeira down the stretch.
Best Bet: Kim wins at -165
