The Super Bowl is over and now is the time where college basketball betting really starts to heat up. The Top 25 continues to be flipped upside down each week as there continue to be a number of upsets along the way.
There is a loaded slate of games on the schedule Tuesday night, including a number of Top 25 teams. Here are five games to focus on, with four different betting types listed.
Moneyline Underdog: Wisconsin Badgers +125
Wisconsin is on the road at Indiana on Tuesday, and they are facing a Badgers team that has lost three straight games. The Badgers were stunned at home by Rutgers this weekend, but that game should have served as a wake-up call.
Indiana has been dealing with a ton of issues lately, and they have struggled to score the basketball. The Hoosiers are a great defensive team, but they won’t be good enough to slow down the Badgers attack.
Wisconsin is a small three-point underdog in this one, but they are going to win the game outright. Take the Badgers at +125 for your moneyline underdog pick.
Spread Pick: Texas Longhorns -1.0
The Texas Longhorns are on the road at Oklahoma on Tuesday night, and this rivalry always seems to deliver some classic games. Texas is a one-point favorite and that speaks to how close this game could be.
Don’t expect a ton of offense in this game as each team can really defend. Texas is not a good shooting team, but they will have the size and toughness advantage in this one.
The Sooners have been playing teams really close, but they always seem to come up a bit short. That trend will continue on Tuesday night as Texas will pick up an important win on the road.
Over/Under: Demon Deacons / Blue Devils UNDER 147.5
Duke and Wake Forest meet up for a big showdown in the ACC, and that conference race is still wide open. Wake Forest just suffered a loss in their most recent game, and Duke lost the last time they played at home.
Both teams are scoring right around 80 points per game, but each team can play defense as well. 70 points should be enough to win this game, and that is going to keep this point total under 140.
The Blue Devils will slow down the Demon Deacons attack and taking the under is the way to go in this matchup.
Parlay: Arkansas Razorbacks ML / Kentucky Wildcats ML
The SEC continues to be one of the best conferences in the country this season, and there are some big games taking place on Tuesday night. Arkansas is on the road at Missouri, and Kentucky is a slim one-point favorite at Tennessee.
Arkansas has been playing well of late, but they did suffer a last-second loss at Auburn this weekend. They are now fortunate enough to be playing a Missouri team that has really struggled throughout the year.
Playing on the road at Tennessee is never an easy task, but the Wildcats might be the best team in the country right now. Kentucky has won six games in a row, and they are going to be just good enough to knock off the Volunteers on Tuesday night.
