NCAAB Predictions
College basketball predictions, NCAAB for short, go on this page for the men’s season.
When the games begin, predictions go into the upcoming games above as they are published.
How college basketball betting works here
A men’s college game is two 20-minute halves, 40 minutes in all, where the NBA plays four 12-minute quarters. Books price the first half as its own market, alongside the full game.
The point spread is a handicap. A team at -7.5 has to win by 8 or more; the team at +7.5 cashes if it wins or loses by 7 or fewer.
The moneyline is a straight pick of the winner, priced so that -300 means staking 300 to win 100 and +250 means 100 wins 250. The total is the combined score of both teams, overtime included.
A prediction on this site says which line it read and the time it read it, so a reader can see whether the price has moved since.
