Alabama vs. Auburn Preview

When: Saturday, November 27 at 3:30 p.m. on CBS

Odds: Alabama -19.5 (110) vs Auburn +19.5 (110)

Alabama can’t mess up this weekend for fear of being booted from the playoffs. They need to remain in the top four in the Nation. Auburn has run hot or cold all season with a defense that seems to be getting worse and the inability to adjust after the half. The Iron Bowl this season is in Auburn so something magical can always happen for the Tigers. But Alabama and Nick Saban know what they have to do which is dominate Auburn in the 2nd half. That’s what every team that’s beat them seems to have done. Alabama comes in 10-1 on the year while Auburn has done everything to squander a better season and is sitting at 6-5.

Best Bet: Auburn +19 (110)

Georgia vs. Georgia Tech Preview

When: Saturday, November 27 at 12:00 p.m. on ABC

Odds: Georgia -35 (110) vs Georgia Tech +35 (110)

Georgia visits Georgia Tech in their traditional end of the regular season game. Georgia is undefeated on the season and has a defense that has snuffed the opponent’s offensive game plans. That should not change against Tech. The Rambling Wreck has a disappointing 3-8 record heading into the game. Make no mistake – Tech sees this weekend as their Bowl Game. If things go right for Georgia, you may see many of the starters, those who do start, pulled early to keep everyone healthy for the SEC Championship game.

Best Bet: Georgia -35 (110)

When: Thursday, November 25 at 7:30 p.m. on ESPN

Odds: Ole Miss +1 (105) vs Mississippi State -1 (115)

Both Ole Miss and Mississippi State have had exciting seasons that came close to being epic! Ole Miss comes in at 9-2 overall with a 5-2 record in the SEC with losses to both Alabama and Auburn. Mississippi State has a 7-4 record while going 4-3 in SEC play. They dropped close games to LSU and Arkansas which they should have won. The good news is that they are both eligible for postseason play. Both teams will try to go up-tempo. Look for Ole Miss to once again go on 4th down every chance they get.

Best Bet: Ole Miss +1 (105)

Missouri vs. Arkansas Preview

When: Friday, November 26 at 3:30 p.m. on CBS

Odds: Missouri +14.5 (110) vs Arkansas -14.5 (110)

Arkansas has made the most of their non-conference games this season which has helped them to a 7-4 record. They are 3-4 in the SEC. Missouri has fought back to post a 6-5 record, also 3-4 in the SEC. And they’ve won three of their last four games. This is not the season the Tigers were looking for as their offense and defense have looked unorganized during many games this season. Still, they have managed to pull out some wins. Arkansas may try to eat the clock with long scoring drives if possible.

Best Bet: Missouri +14.5 (110)

Florida State vs. Florida Preview

When: Saturday, November 27 at 12:00 p.m. on ESPN

Odds: Florida State +3 (115) vs Florida -3 (105)

This in-state rivalry has been a classic over the years and it could be again this season as both teams are looking to end 2021 on a high note. Florida has won 2 games in SEC play are below the Bowl line at 5-6 on the year. Florida State is also 5-6 on the season and 4th in the ACC Atlantic division. A win would help either team make it to post-season play. A late touchdown or field goal could win it.

Best Bet: Florida State +3 (115)

Vanderbilt vs. Tennessee Preview

When: Saturday, November 27 at 3:45 p.m. on SEC Network

Odds: Vanderbilt +31.5 (110) vs Tennessee -31.5 (110)

Vandy loves beating Tennessee and they have several times over the last several seasons. That’s probably not going to happen this year as the Vols want to build their 6-5 overall record to a more impressive 7-5 mark for bowl committees. Vanderbilt comes in with no SEC wins and only a 2-9 record. This is a late afternoon game at Rocky Top which will end under the lights. Tennesse should not have a problem against the Commodores.

Best Bet: Vanderbilt +31.5 (110)

Texas A&M vs. LSU Preview

When: Saturday, November 27 at 7:00 p.m. on ESPN

Odds: Texas A&M -6.5 (115) vs LSU +6.5 (105)

The only reason that the spread is not larger is that you don’t know which teams will show up. LSU has had a rough season and is losing their coach. But, sometimes they looked amazing on the field and pulled off some good games. Texas A&M has had a good season and is 8-3 overall but they are 4-3 in SEC play. LSU comes in at 5-6 with an SEC record of 2-5. The Tigers let several games get away from them. You have to wonder how many times they can go to the emotional well for energy to try and win one last game for outgoing head coach Ed Orgeron?

Best Bet: LSU +6.5 (105)

Kentucky vs. Louisville Preview

When: Saturday, November 27 at 7:30 p.m. on ESPN2

Odds: Kentucky +3 (105) vs Louisville -3 (115)

Kentucky hits the road to take on in-state rival Louisville as a primetime game on ESPN2. The Wildcats are 8-3 overall and 5-3 in the SEC while Louisville comes in at 6-5 on the season and 4th in the ACC Atlantic Division. This should be a great game to watch as both teams will try to establish their running games early. And, both teams love going for big plays at unexpected times. This may be a blow-by-blow game with a turnover or a great defensive stand deciding the game.

Best Bet: Kentucky +3 (105)

Clemson vs. South Carolina Preview

When: Saturday, November 27 at 7:30 p.m. on SEC Network

Odds: Clemson -11.5 (110) vs South Carolina +11.5 (110)

A lot of things have changed for Clemson this season. They are no longer with a star QB and the offense shows that. The good news for them is that are still 8-3 on the year and 2nd in their ACC division with a nice defense. At the same time, South Carolina is having a sub-par year compared to what they were hoping for. The Gamecocks are only 3-5 in SEC play with a 6-5 record which was a struggle to get reach. South Carolina will offer up a challenge, but Clemson should end up with a 9-3 regular-season record.

Best Bet: South Carolina +11.5 (110)
