Keegan Murray Draft Prediction

Keegan Murray averaged 23.5 points, 8.7 rebounds, and 1.9 blocks per game in college. The averages are from his sophomore year with the Iowa Hawkeyes. He had huge improvements from year one.

He has a soft shooting touch from just about anywhere on the floor. He shot nearly 40 percent from three on nearly five attempts per game.

He also moves well laterally and is mobile for his size. He figures to be either a wing or forward in the NBA as he possesses all the traits you want out of your modern 6’8” player.

Murray has +100 odds to go fifth overall.

Jaden Ivey Draft Prediction

Jaden Ivey plays with a ton of speed, especially in the open court. Ivey averaged 17.3 points, 4.9 rebounds, and 3.1 assists per game with the Purdue Boilermakers this past season.

Ivey attacks the rim fearlessly and can finish amongst the trees. In that regard, he has a lot of Russell Westbrook to his game.

Ivey improved his 3-point shooting from 25.8 percent to 35.8 percent in his first and second season in college. If he carries that to the NBA, he has a legitimate chance to become a star in this league.

Ivey has +200 odds to go fifth overall. He may end up going even higher.

Shaeden Sharpe Draft Prediction

Shaeden Sharpe never actually played a game for the Kentucky Wildcats. However, he still beams with potential heading into the NBA.

He has all the tools to be a defensive stopper at the next level. He has the ability to move laterally and stay in front of his opponent. He also uses his length to create turnovers.

He also has the ability to create his own shot. He’s got tight handles and a step-back jumper allowing him to create separation to get his shot off.

It may take him a season to get acclimated to the NBA, but the potential is there.

He has +500 odds to go fifth overall.

NBA Picks

Bennedict Mathurin Draft Prediction

Bennedict Mathurin averaged 17.7 points, 5.6 rebounds, and 2.5 assists per game in his second season for the Arizona Wildcats.

Mathurin is an excellent 3-point shooter. He can also get to the rim and throw down a powerful dunk. He can also get to the free-throw line.

Mathurin has great defensive instincts with his ability to force turnovers, contest shots at the rim, and guard multiple positions.

However, Mathurin will need to improve his shot creation abilities to really excel in the NBA.

He has +700 odds to go fifth overall.
