Three great NBA playoff games are on the docket this Tuesday. Let’s take a look at some player props!
Where to Bet on NBA Player Props
Anthony Edwards Over 24.5 Points
Timberwolves vs. Grizzlies Prediction
Anthony Edwards has become a playoff darling with his confidence and ability to score in a multitude of ways. He can drive to the basket, create his own shot and overall just get his team a bucket in any situation.
The Memphis Grizzlies will try to throw Dillon Brooks on him to get him off his game, but Edwards won’t get rattled very easily.
Expect Edwards to hit the over on this one, as he’s coming off a 36-point performance his last time out.
Devin Booker Over 27.5 Points
Devin Booker is as great of a scorer as they come but struggled in his last game, if we’re speaking in relative terms, as he finished with 25 points on just 8-of-19 shooting.
However, Booker understands the importance of getting into a rhythm as the postseason progresses, so he’s going to continue to play within himself by looking to create his own shot in the mid-range and get to the basket with his craftiness to get layups to go or also draw easy fouls.
Expect Book to hit the over on this point line.
Karl-Anthony Towns Over 25.5 Points
Karl-Anthony Towns figured things out in his first playoff game since 2018, as he scored 29 points on 11-of-18 shooting while managing to stay out of foul trouble.
The beauty of KAT’s game is that he doesn’t need a high volume of shot attempts to get going, nor does he force the game to come to him a lot of the time. He’ll let his teammates cook, and then when he sees an opportunity to drive, score in the paint or shoot the three, he’ll let it come to him.
With Steven Adams and Jaren Jackson Jr. both having trouble defending him, expect Towns to go off once again.
Trae Young Under 26.5 Points
Trae Young had a terrible game his last time out, scoring just eight points on 1-of-12 shooting.
Young is capable of putting up a bounceback performance, but this line is just setting the bar too high for him to hit the over on, especially when going up against a Heat defense that can rattle just about any opponent.
Young will eventually figure things out, but this game may not be the one.
Jimmy Butler Over 22.5 Points
Jimmy Butler fell just short of this point total in Game 1, scoring 21 points. However, he was extremely efficient, shooting 9-of-15 from the field.
The Heat had Duncan Robinson and P.J. Tucker score more points than expected, and while that’s a welcomed boost, it can’t be something they rely on all the time.
With that being said, expect Butler to lock in and get a few more shot attempts to establish himself as the same dominant player we’ve all come to see, which will help him hit the over in this one.
