We’re going to analyze the odds and I’ll share my predictions for Premier League Gameweek 22.
Gameweek 22 starts with a Friday, February 3rd 2023 match between Chelsea and Fulham. There are seven matches on Saturday and two matches on Sunday. There’s a full weekend of EPL action.
There are numerous important match-ups for Gameweek 22. Arsenal and Newcastle will look to remain at one loss each. City will look to gain ground on Arsenal, but they have a tough match against Tottenham.
Here are my top predictions for Premier League Gameweek 22:
Chelsea vs. Fulham Predictions
Best Bet: Under 2.5 Goals (-110)
Chelsea (8-5-7) are 10th on the table and will host Fulham (9-4-8) who are 7th on the table. Chelsea only concede 1.05 goals per match and they’ve kept a clean sheet in 35% of their matches this season.
The problem with Chelsea has been the attack, as they’re only scoring 1.1 goals per match.
Fulham score 1.52 goals per match and concede 1.43 goals per match. Fulham defeated Chelsea earlier in the season at home (2-1), but they haven’t scored in the last three H2H matches at Stamford Bridge.
Everton vs. Arsenal Predictions
Best Bet: Arsenal -1.5 (+105)
Everton (3-6-11) are 19th on the table and on an 0-2-6 run in their last eight matches. Arsenal (16-2-1) are in 1st place in the Premier League and are on an 11-2-0 run in their last 13 matches.
Arsenal are scoring 2.37 goals per match and they’ve only conceded 0.6 goals per away match. They’ve kept a clean sheet in 70% of their away matches. Everton only average 0.75 goals per match.
Martin Odegaard leads Arsenal in goals (8), but three other players have netted seven goals. Arsenal have won four of their last six matches by two goals or more and will cover the handicap on Saturday.

Brentford vs. Southampton Predictions
Best Bet: Brentford (-110)
Brentford (7-9-4 / 8th on table) host Southampton (4-3-13 / 20th on table) on Saturday.
Brentford are averaging 2.0 goals per match at home. Ivan Toney has netted 13 goals (3rd in EPL) and will be on the hunt for more this weekend. Southampton concede 1.75 goals per match.
Southampton only score 0.8 goals per away match as well. Brentford have kept a clean sheet in 40% of their home matches. Southampton have lost seven of their last eight matches.
Tottenham vs. Manchester City Predictions
Best Bet: Over 2.5 Goals (-170)
Tottenham (11-3-7) are 5th on the table and host Manchester City (14-3-3) on Sunday. City are 2nd on the table and chasing Arsenal. Tottenham score 1.9 goals per match and City score 2.65 goals per match.
City only concede 1.0 goals per match, but Tottenham concede 1.48 goals per match. These teams met in January 2023 and City won 4-2 at home. They also played in February 2022 and Tottenham won (3-2).
I expect more goals in this match on Sunday to close out Premier League Gameweek 22.
