Chiefs vs. Eagles Super Bowl LVII Betting Lines

We’re going to analyze the opening lines for multiple Super Bowl LVII betting markets. With nearly two weeks before kick-off, jumping on early Super Bowl LVII lines may offer the best value.

There may end up being more Super Bowl line movement than typical. That’s because the Chiefs are banged up at wide receiver (WR) and we’ll need to watch their status for the game.

WRs JuJu Smith-Schuster, Mecole Hardman and Kadarius Toney are all questionable for KC.

Chiefs vs. Eagles Moneyline Odds

ML Odds: Chiefs (+110) vs. Eagles (-130)

The Chiefs (14-3) and Eagles (14-3) finished with the best regular season records. They both earned a bye for the Wild Card Round and then won two NFL playoff games to advance to Super Bowl LVII.

Chiefs vs. Eagles Point Spread Odds

ATS Odds: Chiefs +2 (-110) vs. Eagles -2 (-110)

The Eagles are 10-9 ATS this season and only 2-6 ATS on the road. Philly are 10-8 ATS as favorites. After closing out the regular season on an 0-4 ATS run, the Eagles are 2-0 ATS in the playoffs.

The Chiefs won a lot of games this season, but are 8-11 ATS this season. KC are 4-5 ATS on the road and 1-1 ATS as an underdog. KC are 1-1 ATS in the playoffs after covering against the Bengals.

Chiefs vs. Eagles Over/Under Odds

O/U Odds: Over 49.5 (-110) vs. Under 49.5 (-110)

The Eagles have an 10-9 over/under record this season, while the Chiefs have an 8-11 over/under record.

Philadelphia have gone under in four consecutive games, while the Chiefs have gone under three games in a row. Will the defenses continue playing well or will Super Bowl LVII be a high-scoring shootout?

Chiefs vs. Eagles Head-to-Head Trends

These two teams don’t play against each other very often. However, they did meet last season in Week 4 with the Chiefs winning on the road (42-30). A lot has changed since then, though.

Patrick Mahomes tossed five TD passes against the Eagles last season, but three of them were hauled in by Tyreek Hill. Mahomes threw for 278 yards, but Hill had 186 receiving yards.

The Eagles also have the best passing defense (171.0 PYPG) in the NFL this season.

Jalen Hurts went 32/48 for 387 yards and 2 TDs in last year’s match-up against KC. He also has another weapon this season in A.J. Brown, although he only has seven receptions for 50 yards in the playoffs.

We couldn’t ask for a much better match-up for the 2023 NFL Super Bowl. We’ll be providing our analysis and predictions for lots of different Super Bowl betting markets over the next two weeks here at SAS.
