If someone had said the only remaining unbeaten team in the UFL after three weeks would be D.C., would you have believed them? Well, that is exactly where we are at as we head into Week 4 of the 2025 UFL regular season.

The Defenders jumped out to an early lead and went to defeat St. Louis 27-15 last week. QB Jordan Ta’amu completed 17 of 37 passes for 243 yards and three touchdowns for the Defenders who are now 3-0. It was a battle of previously unbeaten teams. St. Louis drops to 2-1.

D.C. will have a chance to continue its winning streak in Week 4 when they play San Antonio in the Sunday game. The Brahmas are the other big surprise in the UFL this season. After playing in the UFL championship last year, San Antonio is winless, as is Memphis. The Showboats lost in a battle of winless teams last week. Memphis lost to Houston 18-17.

Let’s huddle up to look at the latest UFL Week 3 odds, courtesy of the top sports betting sites, and make our UFL Week 3 predictions.

UFL Week 4 Predictions

Let’s take a look at the full Week 4 slate of matchups and make our spread, total, and moneyline picks for each game.

Memphis Showboats vs. Michigan Panthers Odds

TeamMoneylineSpreadTotal
Memphis Showboats+280+7 (-110)O 35.5 (-110)
Michigan Panthers-355-7 (-110)U 35.5 (-110)

As mentioned, Memphis is one of two winless teams in the UFL. San Antonio is the other winless team and both the Brahmas and Showboats have struggled on offense. Memphis averages just 13.6 points per game. That won’t cut it against a strong Michigan defense.

The Panthers have the second-best run defense in the UFL limiting opponents to 87.7 yards per game. They also have the lowest opponent yards per carry average. While Memphis struggles to run the football – the Showboats are last in the league in rushing offense – the Showboats do have a pretty good passing game.

The Memphis defense, which was the worst in the UFL last year, is getting better. The Showboats are giving up just a little over 20 points per game. However, the offense just can’t seem to capitalize at the right times. Will that change in Week 4?

Memphis Showboats vs. Michigan Panthers Predictions

Playing on the road is not something the Showboats are very good at. Since a season-opening win over Houston in 2024, Memphis hasn’t won on the road. That’s five straight away games that Memphis has lost. Beating Michigan at Ford Field isn’t likely either. The Showboats lost there last year 24-18 and also lost to the Panthers at home 35-18.

Michigan’s only loss this season was in Week 2 to the Panthers’ nemesis, Birmingham. The Panthers are 2-1 so far this season. Birmingham is also 2-1. Michigan knows this is a game they should win. The Panthers defense will force the Showboats to throw the ball. The Michigan running game can keep the ball away from the Showboats offense.

Memphis has shown an inability to score and Michigan can shut opponents down. Two of the Panthers three games have gone Under the total. All three of Memphis’ games have gone Under the total. Don’t forget. Michigan beat Memphis 26-12 in Week 1. Last year, Memphis played the Panthers tough at Ford Field and lost by six. Look for similar results on Friday.

Bet: ML Pass, Memphis +7 (-110), Under 35.5 (-110)

St. Louis Battlehawks vs. Arlington Renegades Odds

TeamMoneylineSpreadTotal
St. Louis Battlehawks-135-1.5 (-110)O 39.5 (-110)
Arlington Renegades+114+1.5 (-110)U 39.5 (-110)

The St. Louis offense just fell apart last week. The Battlehawks managed just 173 yards and they turned the ball over four times. You can’t win games turning the ball over like that. D.C.’s offense also manhandled the St. Louis defense to the tune of 346 total yards and 27 points.

Leading rusher Jacob Saylor, who is also second in the UFL, was held to one yard on seven carries last week. QB Manny Wilkins led the Battlehawks on the ground with 39 yards on four carries. Wilkins is the league’s fifth-leading rusher. St. Louis will need to run the football to keep the ball away from Arlington’s offense.

The other factor is the Arlington defense. The Renegades are No. 2 against the run and No. 3 against the pass. That’s why the Renegades have given up the fewest points in the UFL (28) this season. Can they continue their success at home on Saturday?

St. Louis Battlehawks vs. Arlington Renegades Predictions

The Battlehawks may have had a bad week last week, but even if they play well in Week 4, this Renegades team is the real deal. They are also at home where they have won four straight. The Arlington offense is led by QB Luis Perez, who led the UFL in passing last year and is second so far this season.

RB Kalen Ballage (187 yards, 5.1 ypc) leads the UFL in rushing. With the ability to run the football almost at will, Arlington can play keep away and let its defense set the tone. Arlington allows just 9.3 points per game. That’s why the Renegades are a real contender in the XFL Division. It’s also why they are a solid home underdog this week.

Bet: Arlington +114, Arlington +1.5 (-110), Under 39.5 (-110)

Birmingham Stallions vs. Houston Roughnecks Odds

TeamMoneylineSpreadTotal
Birmingham Stallions-345-7.5 (-115)O 36.5 (-110)
Houston Roughnecks+275+7.5 (-105)U 36.5 (-110)

Houston picked up its first win of the season last week beating Memphis 18-17. Like the Roughnecks, the Showboats were winless heading into last week’s games. The Houston offense is led by QB Anthony Brown who has thrown for 207 yards. He does, however, have three interceptions.

The Roughnecks defense is a cause for concern, especially this week. Houston gives up 339.7 yards per game. Despite letting teams run up and down the field, Houston only surrenders 19.7 points per game. Still, against an offense like Birmingham’s, Houston simply won’t be able to stop the Stallions.

Birmingham won last week, beating the Renegades 10-9. A win is a win though and, at some point, the Stallions are going to explode on offense. That could happen this week.

Birmingham Stallions vs. Houston Roughnecks Predictions

Stallions QB Matt Corral has thrown for 453 yards and two touchdowns. Birmingham is averaging just 14 points per game, but the defense is allowing just 13. Houston only averages 11 points per game on offense and will have a hard time moving the football against what is an elite Birmingham defense.

The Stallions are a huge favorite for a reason. This could be the week the Stallions offense finally puts it together. Last year, Birmingham scored 35 and 32 points against the Roughnecks. Corral will have his best day of the season on Saturday.

Bet: Birmingham -345, Birmingham -7.5 (-115), Over 36.5 (-110)

San Antonio Brahmas vs. DC Defenders Odds

TeamMoneylineSpreadTotal
San Antonio Brahmas+270+7.5 (-115)O 38.5 (-108)
DC Defenders-340-7.5 (-105)U 38.5 (-112)

The other winless team in the UFL in 2025 is San Antonio. The Brahmas are a mess. They were blown out 33-9 in Week 1 by Arlington. In Week 2, they managed another nine points before finding some offense last week in a 26-23 loss to Michigan.

For San Antonio, the defense has done a complete 180. In 2024, the Brahmas led the UFL in scoring defense. They gave up just 15.3 points per game. So far in 2025, San Antonio has allowed 33, 26, and 26 points in their three games. That’s an average of 28.3 points per game. You can’t win in the UFL giving up an average of four touchdowns per game.

The Defenders are the league’s surprise team and also its best team so far. Ta’amu is an MVP candidate and the offense is starting to come together. What has really been good for D.C. is the defense. The Defenders are holding teams to just 12.7 points a game. They are opportunistic too, leading the UFL in sacks (11) and interceptions (5).

San Antonio Brahmas vs. DC Defenders Predictions

The upset isn’t happening this week. This Defenders defense is legit and San Antonio’s offense is going to have a hard time with what is the best defense in the UFL. On the other side, Ta’amu and the offense should have a field day with the Brahmas defense. San Antonio just can’t seem to find the end zone against anybody.

There is a reason why D.C. is such a big favorite here. The Defenders are at home too, which will be another advantage. Don’t let the big number or the hook scare you. While D.C.’s offense should have no issues with the Brahmas defense, they have yet only scored over 20 points just once. With the Defenders shutting down the San Antonio offense, getting to 39 or 40 points will be difficult too.

Bet: ML pass, DC -7.5 (-105), Under 38.5 (-112)

UFL Week 4 Best Bets

Once again, our experts were on top of their UFL Week 3 picks. As far as their best bets, though, not so good. This week our best handicappers have reviewed all the data and gone through each game to find the best picks. Here are what they believe are the best bets for Week 4.

  • Memphis +7 @ Michigan
  • St. Louis @ Arlington +114

This week, our Scores & Stats experts like a pair of underdogs. Memphis hasn’t won a game yet, but the Showboats do have a strong passing offense that could make things interesting in Michigan. Last year at Ford Field, the Showboats lost by 6.

Likewise, Arlington plays at home but is a 1.5-point underdog to St. Louis which suffered its first loss of the season last week. The Renegades running game is outstanding with Ballage and Perez is one of the best quarterbacks in the UFL. On top of all that, Arlington has the UFL’s best defense.

Betting on Memphis individually, a bettor would wager $110 to win $100. Betting on Arlington, the same bettor would bet $100 and win $114 if the Renegades win. These two bets could also be played as a parlay which, in this case, could be pretty lucrative. The odds on betting these two games as a single unit are +309. That means a single $100 wager will pay out $309 if both legs win.
