After being sidelined for nearly four months with hamstring injuries, Jordan Morris made his first start since March 1 on Saturday and immediately made an impact. He scored just 15 minutes into the match, recording his 100th career goal contribution in MLS and leading the Sounders to a 3-2 victory.
“It was hard to watch some of those games because we were creating so many chances,” Morris said of his time on the sideline. “I just wanted to be out on the field playing with those guys.”
