The next Tour de Romandie runs from Tuesday 27 April to Sunday 2 May 2027, the dates the organisers gave when the 2026 race finished. Tadej Pogačar won the 2026 edition on his first start in the race, and João Almeida won in 2025, the year this page picked him at +150.
Tour of Romandie 2026: Pogačar wins on his debut
The 79th Tour de Romandie ran from 28 April to 3 May 2026, a prologue and five stages in the French-speaking west of Switzerland. Pogačar (UAE Team Emirates XRG) won four stages and the overall classification, and took the points jersey as well. Four stage wins in one edition equals the race record set by Ferdi Kübler, according to the organisers.
Florian Lipowitz of Red Bull-Bora-Hansgrohe, third in 2024, finished second after attacking Pogačar in the final. Lenny Martinez was third, on the final podium for a second year running, and won the best young rider’s jersey again.

Betting the Tour of Romandie
The main market is the overall winner, priced like any futures bet: the shorter the price, the more likely the book thinks the rider is to win. In 2025 the two riders priced shortest, Evenepoel and Almeida, finished fifth and first.
Time trials matter here. The 2025 race opened and closed against the clock and was decided in the final one by 26 seconds. For July’s race, see our Tour de France odds, and every race we cover is in the cycling section. For paid picks, see the top sports betting handicappers.
