Euro 2020 gets underway this afternoon with Turkey vs. Italy at 3:00 PM ET.
However, Saturday is when the real betting action begins, as there are three matches scheduled. The action starts at 9:00 AM ET, so set your alarms if you’re going to have a late night tonight.
Let’s get right into the Euro 2020 betting previews for June 12th.
Wales vs. Switzerland Odds, Picks and Preview
When: Saturday, June 12th at 9:00 AM ET
Where: Baku Olympic Stadium in Baku, Azerbaijan
Watch: ESPN (USA) and TSN1 or CTV (Canada)
1×2 Odds: Wales (+310) / Draw (+200) / Switzerland (+115)
Total Goals: Over 1.5 Goals (-167) vs. Under 1.5 Goals (+138)

It might not matter if most of us are half-asleep tomorrow morning, as this match likely won’t have too many scoring chances. Both of these squads only conceded six goals in eight qualifiers.
Wales game plan around staying back defensively and hoping they convert in their limited offensive opportunities. Gareth Bale will be relied upon, but he has help, including Aaron Ramsey.
Kieffer Moore will also be relied on upfront for Wales.
The Swiss are stronger offensively despite not having a star like Bale. Switzerland will rely on Haris Seferovic who scored 22 goals for Benfica last season. They also have a strong midfield.
What worries me about Wales is they’re coming off a 0-0 draw against Albania (June 5) in their final warm-up match. Without question the best way to target this match is through the total.
This has the makings of a 0-0 or 1-0 match.
Best Bet: Under 1.5 Goals (+138)
Best Player Props Pick: Haris Seferovic to Score First Goal (+575)
Denmark vs. Finland Odds, Picks and Preview
When: Saturday, June 12th 2021 at 12:00 PM ET
Where: Parken Stadium in Kobenhavn, Denmark
Watch: ESPN (USA) and TSN1 or CTV (Canada)
1×2 Odds: Denmark (-245) / Draw (+335) / Finland (+900)
Total Goals: Over 2.5 Goals (+135) vs. Under 2.5 Goals (-165)
Make sure you read our Euro 2020 Group B preview.
Despite both being Nordic countries, these two squads rarely play head-to-head, so there’s nothing to glean from that. Denmark have been pegged as a sleeper to win Euro 2020.
The Danes have a lot of depth, but everything will run through Christian Eriksen. Denmark are 4-1-0 this year and they just recently had a 1-1 draw against Germany in a warm-up match (June 2).
Finland on the other hand are winless this year (0-2-3). In their two warm-up matches, Finland lost to Sweden (2-0) on May 29 and Estonia (1-0) on June 4. Teemu Pukki is also banged up right now.
Pukki could start, but he isn’t 100%, which is another negative for Finland.
So, how do we bet the Denmark vs. Finland match? Betting the Danes to win at -245 odds isn’t ideal, so let’s find some better value. We’re going to bet on Denmark scoring over 1.5 goals (-134).
This is the perfect chance for the Danes to build momentum for the rest of the tournament.
Best Bet: Denmark Over 1.5 Goals (-134)
Best Player Props Pick: Martin Braithwaite to Score Anytime (+245)
Belgium vs. Russia Odds, Picks and Preview
When: Saturday, June 12th 2021 at 3:00 PM ET
Where: Gazprom Arena in Saint Petersburg, Russia
Watch: ABC (USA) and TSN1 or CTV (Canada)
1×2 Odds: Belgium (-120) / Draw (+250) / Russia (+370)
Total Goals: Over 2.5 Goals (+112) vs. Under 2.5 Goals (-136)
I feel like we’re getting a great price on Belgium to open Euro 2020 with a win on Saturday.
Seems like a trap, but I’ll bite. At -120 odds, I can’t pass up Belgium. The Belgians are top contenders to win Euro 2020. Both squads enter the match with mixed results in 2021.
Russia are 3-1-1 this year and have only scored eight goals. Belgium are undefeated (3-2-0), but in two warm-up matches this month, they had a 1-1 draw with Greece and a 1-0 win against Croatia.
Let’s hope they’ve been holding back for the real competition to begin.
Belgium are loaded with the likes of Romelu Lukaku (Who is a Euro 2020 Golden Boot Contender) and Dries Mertens upfront. They also have strong defenders manning the back line. They will be without Eden Hazard in this match, though.
Russia have some talent, including Aleksandr Golovin and Aleksey Miranchuk, but they don’t have a lot of depth and goals will be tough to come by. We’ll keep it simple with Saturday’s final match.
Best Bet: Belgium to Win (-120)
Best Player Props Pick: Romelu Lukaku to Score Anytime (+145)
