If you’re looking for the best NBA player props for Monday, February 6th, look no further! Below, I share my recommended NBA picks for today’s games, including a tasty wager for the Eastern Conference clash between the Boston Celtics and Detroit Pistons.
Jaylen Brown – Over 26.5 Points (-105)
Celtics vs. Pistons Predictions
The Boston Celtics are sitting pretty at the summit of the Eastern Conference, having won 11 of their previous 15 games. When you look at the bigger picture, the Celtics have won 37 of their 53 outings this season, meaning they boast the highest win percentage in the NBA.
On Monday, the Celtics face the Detroit Pistons, who find themselves rock bottom of the Eastern Conference. Since Boston’s Jaylen Brown has notched 26+ points in five of his last six appearances, he shouldn’t struggle to register over 26.5 points against lowly Detroit.
DeMar DeRozan – Over 5.5 Assists (+125)
After winning three of their past four games, the Chicago Bulls appear to be headed in the right direction again. By contrast, the San Antonio Spurs head into Monday’s clash against the Bulls on an eight-game losing streak, leaving them second from bottom in the Western Conference.
DeMar DeRozan has been key to Chicago’s recent upturn, chipping in with plenty of points, rebounds and assists. Having recorded 5+ assists in seven of his previous eight outings, DeRozan looks destined to enjoy even more success against struggling San Antonio.
Mike Conley – Over 7.5 Assists (-105)

On the topic of assists, Mike Conley has racked up 37 across the last four games. After achieving 10 against the Portland Trail Blazers and 11 against the Dallas Mavericks, the Utah Jazz guard registered eight against both the Toronto Raptors and Atlanta Hawks.
Funnily enough, the Jazz face the Mavericks again on Monday, a week after Conley notched 11 assists in the same match-up. For that reason, I’m backing Conley to chalk up 7.5 assists against Dallas, extending his hot streak in the process.
Giannis Antetokounmpo – Over 14.5 Rebounds (+100)
Bucks vs. Trail Blazers Predictions
No player has a better rebounds-per-game average than Giannis Antetokounmpo this season (12.4), while only two players have a better points-ger-game average (32.4). Needless to say, the Milwaukee Bucks superstar is enjoying another standout season.
Since returning from a knee injury last month, Antetokounmpo has racked up 103 rebounds in seven appearances, averaging 14.7 rebounds per game in that time. That’s why I’m confident that he will record over 14.5 rebounds against Portland on Monday.
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander – Over 32.5 Points (-120)
Thunder vs. Warriors Predictions
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander has amassed 1488 points across 48 appearances this season, meaning he averages 31.0 points per game in 2022-23. As a result, only three players have a better points-per-game average than the Oklahoma City Thunder guard.
Having dropped 42 points against the Houston Rockets last time out, SGA looks set enhance his tally against the Golden State Warriors on Monday. In my eyes, the over 32.5 points wager offers the greatest betting value here, making odds of -120 look very attractive.
