Parlays are the best way to win big on Major League Baseball. Parlays can be tough to win, but the talent differential in baseball makes these wagers slightly easier. If you choose the right parlay, it could do wonders for your wallet.
Here is the Wednesday MLB parlay that you should bet!
Cincinnati Reds at Los Angeles Dodgers Preview
Best Bet: Dodgers Moneyline (-201)
It’s no secret that the Los Angeles offense has been relatively stagnant. However, the Dodgers are still the best team in baseball. Every team hits a low at one point, and Los Angeles encountered it earlier than expected.
Los Angeles will be the top dog in the National League until someone proves otherwise. Clayton Kershaw will pitch on Wednesday for the Dodgers against Sonny Gray. Kershaw is off to a hot start in 2021, posting a 3-2 record with a 2.56 ERA.
Gray has not been as successful. He is 0-1 with a 7.88 ERA. There is no better time for Los Angeles to get hot than against a struggling Gray for the Reds.
The Reds can beat the Dodgers, which they have shown in this series. Nevertheless, if Los Angeles performs at an average level, it’s still better than Cincinnati’s best day.
Boston Red Sox at New York Mets Preview
Best Bet: Mets Moneyline (-242)
If you were not aware, Wednesday is deGrom day in New York. Jacob deGrom, who has established himself as the King of New York, is the best pitcher in baseball.
The former Cy Young winner is 2-1 with a 0.31 ERA in 2021. He has 50 strikeouts in 29 innings pitched, which is phenomenal. deGrom will have to face the Red Sox, who have been hot at the plate.
However, when deGrom takes the hill, the opponent should not be a concern. The pitcher puts his team in a position every time he starts. Another note is that Boston is 2-3 in its past five, so it has cooled off.
For the Mets to win, they need a couple of runs. That’s it!
I am confident that they can do it against Nick Pivetta for Boston. A Pete Alonso home run will seal the deal for the Mets and help deGrom get a win.
Seattle Mariners at Houston Astros Preview
Best Bet: Astros Moneyline (-200)
The Astros have been inconsistent at the plate, which is concerning. However, Jose Altuve is back, which means the COVID-19 injuries are finished. The virus in Houston has plagued multiple stars.
This was the reason Houston was regularly losing in the past few weeks. The offense is starting to get hot, and the Astros have won four of their past five. Zack Greinke will throw for the Astros, and he has been solid all season.
Greinke is 2-1 with a 2.76 ERA. He is not a strikeout pitcher at this point in his career, but he is one of the most technical wings in baseball. In the pitcher’s last start against the Mariners on April 17, he went eight scoreless innings.
Greinke gave up four hits and struck out six. This was his best outing of the season, so expect his dominance against Seattle to continue Wednesday.
