Finding the best player prop betting options when it comes to Major League Baseball is a great way to go. Not only can you find some great options available, but you can also find some terrific value in the odds.
There are a number of ways that you can go with this, but focusing on the best players and the best pitchers is always a good strategy. Here are five of the top player prop bets to make for Sunday, June 26th.
Aaron Judge to Record an RBI (+115)
The New York Yankees were no-hit by the Houston Astros on Saturday in what had to be one of the most improbable things of the season. New York has been scoring runs on everyone, but somehow the Astros were able to shut them down.
The Yankees are going to bounce back in a big way on Sunday, and that bounce back will be led by Aaron Judge. New York will get players on base, and taking Judge to have an RBI at +115 is the way to go.
Jack Flaherty Over 5.5 Strikeouts (-135)
The Chicago Cubs are in St. Louis to take on the Cardinals, and this has actually been a competitive series up to this point. The starting pitching matchup for Sunday does not look very fair as Jack Flaherty will make this start for the Cardinals.
Flaherty is still trying to make his way back for the Cardinals, but he has the stuff to absolutely dominate an opponent. With all of the young players in the Cubs’ lineup, Flaherty is recording at least six strikeouts.
Dylan Cease Under 7.5 Strikeouts (+120)
The Chicago White Sox are once again in a free fall, and they will turn to Dylan Cease on Sunday to get them straight. The problem with that logic is that Cease has struggled as well, and he is facing a Baltimore Orioles team that is playing well.
Cease is too good to continue to struggle, but don’t expect things to be completely easy against Baltimore. The Orioles are going to put together some solid at-bats in this game to keep Cease from racking up the strikeouts.
Take the under 7.5 strikeouts in this one.
Yu Darvish Over 6.5 Strikeouts (+112)
The Philadelphia Phillies and San Diego Padres will continue their weekend series on Sunday, and Yu Darvish will take the mound for the Padres. Darvish is catching a big break as the Phillies will be without superstar Bryce Harper for the foreseeable future.
Harper suffered a broken finger after being hit by a pitch on Saturday, and that’s going to be a huge loss for this Phillies team. With that in mind, take the over 6.5 strikeouts for Darvish, as he is able to get through that lineup with little trouble.
To Record 3+ Total Bases: Freddie Freeman (+210)
It’s been an emotional weekend for Freddie Freeman as he is back in Atlanta for the first time since joining the Dodgers. Freeman has been celebrated all weekend by the fans, but Sunday will be all about him putting on a show at the plate.
Taking Freeman to record three bases comes with a pretty significant payout, and he could accomplish this every time that he is up to bat. This is a bet that you need to make, especially with odds at +210.
