Last week was the 22nd week of the 2021-22 NBA season. Games last week averaged 229.1 points, the highest mark all season. Of the 50 games played last week, 28 saw the total go Over.
With offensive efficiency and pace numbers increasing, will fans be treated to another week of Overs? Here’s a look at the top Over/Under picks for Tuesday, March 22th 2022.
Golden State Warriors vs. Orlando Magic
Warriors vs. Magic Predictions
Best Bet: UNDER 216.5
The Warriors continue to play without leading scorer Stephen Curry who is out with a sprained foot. Golden State has lost its last two games and now heads to Orlando to begin a five-game road trip.
Without Curry, the Warriors have scored 88 and 108 in their last two games. They are 2-5 SU this season without Curry and 17-57 SU over the last three seasons.
It’s not surprising the Under has hit in five of the Warriors last six games. The Under is also the trend for Orlando, which only averages 104.3 points per game (28th in the league). The total has gone Under in eight of the Magic’s last 12 games.
Four of the last six games in the series have gone Under. Without Curry, the Warriors will struggle to score. Golden State does have Draymond Green back in the lineup, so the defense should be solid. With Green in the lineup, the Under in Warriors games this season is 24-11-1. Back the Under.
Atlanta Hawks vs. New York Knicks
Best Bet: UNDER 226

The Hawks will face the Knicks tonight without John Collins or Lou Williams. Atlanta is coming off a loss to New Orleans on Sunday and has seen each of its last three game totals go Under. All three of those totals were 232.5 or higher.
The Knicks also lost on Sunday, 108-93 to Utah. Three of New York’s last three games have gone Under. The Knicks are 27th in the NBA in scoring (106 ppg) and their defense ranks eighth (106.8 ppg). In wins over Washington and Portland, New York allowed 97 and 98 points, respectively.
Four of the Knicks last six games have gone Under as have six of the last eight Hawks games. In the last eight games between these two teams, the Under has hit six times.
Chicago Bulls vs. Milwaukee Bucks
Bulls vs. Bucks Predictions
Best Bet: OVER 231.5
Two top 10 offenses square off in Milwaukee tonight when the Bucks welcome Chicago to town. The Bulls finally got Alex Caruso back in the lineup and that has helped the Bulls defense.
DeMar DeRozan has cooled off since a midseason scoring spree, but he still averages 27.7 points per game. The Bulls may feel the effect of playing just last night. Chicago beat Toronto 113-99.
The Bulls lost to Milwaukee on Mar. 4, 118-112. Over their last ten games, the Bucks are averaging 124.6 points per game. They have scored fewer than 117 points just once in those ten games.
Milwaukee will not have Khris Middleton tonight, so Giannis Antetokoumpo (29.8 ppg) and Jrue Holiday (18.4 ppg) will have to pick up some of the slack.
These are two elite teams that will likely battle each other all night long. The Under is getting hammered since seven of the last ten games in the series have gone Under. We’ll bet against the public as these two elite offenses clash.
