All three NBA playoff series in action tonight could end. Philadelphia, Phoenix, and Dallas all hold 3-2 leads in their respective playoff series.
76ers head coach Doc Rivers and his team were up 3-0 on Toronto. After two straight losses, the Sixers are playing in Toronto where the Raptors could for a Game 7.
The Mavs have won three of the last four against Utah and Devin Booker could play for the Suns as they head to New Orleans.
Here are the NBA playoff picks for Thursday, April 28th 2022.
Philadelphia 76ers vs. Toronto Raptors
Pick: UNDER 210.5
Rivers is the only coach in NBA history to have blown three separate 3-1 playoff series leads. It’s highly unlikely that Toronto would actually win the series. No NBA team has ever come back from a 3-0 deficit and won a playoff series.
Still, the Raptors have a great chance of winning at home. They are 8-2 SU in their last ten games at home and, more importantly, 16-4 SU in their last 20 games against the Sixers at home.
That said, look for a tempo that is slow and deliberate from both teams. Every possession counts as Toronto faces elimination. The Raptors rank 25th and the Sixers 27th in pace. That’s going to take this game Under the lowest total of the series so far.
Phoenix Suns vs. New Orleans Pelicans
Pick: SUNS -2

Devin Booker might return for Phoenix, but even if he doesn’t the Suns have what it takes to close this series out. Chris Paul has played well and Deandre Ayton is averaging 20 points and 10 rebounds in the series.
Phoenix is averaging 55 points in the paint per game against the Pelicans in the series. That will be the difference.
The Pelicans are just 12-16 ATS as a home underdog this season. They have struggled against Phoenix winning just three games in the last ten meetings between the two teams.
Phoenix is 14-5 SU in their last 19 road games and 7-3 ATS in their last ten games against New Orleans. The Suns win and cover to end the series.
Dallas Mavericks vs. Utah Jazz
Pick: DALLAS +1
Dallas has won three of the last four games in this series. Luka Doncic is averaging a 30-point double- double in his two games so far.
The Dallas offense runs through Doncic and the Jazz just won’t be able to keep up. Donovan Mitchell is questionable and if he does play he will not be 100 percent. Mitchell had just nine points on 4-of-15 shooting in Game 5.
The Mavs are 7-2 SU in their last nine games and they have covered each of the last four straight in this series. They are also 9-1 ATS against the Jazz in the last ten against Utah.
