The NBA is almost at the All-Star Break, but there are still marquee matchups before the action is paused. The Wednesday slate gives us a lot of chances to make money. From the money line to the spread and totals, we have lots of games to win big.
Let’s get into some NBA bets for Wednesday night!
Top ATS Pick: Boston Celtics -12 (-110)
The Boston Celtics have won ten straight games. They are officially the hottest team in basketball nobody expected to get hot. The team is surviving behind dominant performances from Jaylen Brown and Jayson Tatum.
Additionally, the defense has been sensational, limiting scoring from powerful offenses. Al Horford and Robert Woods have controlled the paint, and it’s showing in the win column.
The Celtics are coming off a 135-87 win over the Sixers. People expected this game to be close, but Boston made a statement. I hate taking teams in a back-to-back, but the Celtics deserve the honor.
They will play Detroit, who is 0-5 in their past five ATS. They also have not won in eight games. Boston is 4-1 ATS in their past five.
Top ML Underdog: Brooklyn Nets (+144)
If you do not feel comfortable with Nets ML, I would take the points. However, +144 for Brooklyn against New York is great value. The Nets are missing a lot of their guys, and Ben Simmons is still not ready to play.
Although, the Knicks love losing games. They are 1-6 ATS in their past seven games. They are also 1-6 SU in their past seven contests.
The Nets are not the best team in the world. Yet, they are 8-2 SU in their past ten games against the Knicks.
Top Total: Jazz / Lakers Under 226.5 (-110)
The Los Angeles Lakers are going to score close to 100 in this matchup. I do not see them breaking the century mark. The Jazz should score over 100, but this total is very high.
Los Angeles slows down the pace, especially at home. This leads to a lot of under games when shots are not falling. LeBron James has been great for the Lakers, but he does not have a lot of help.
The Jazz is healthy, but they have gone under in five of their past six games. Additionally, the Lakers have gone under in nine of their past 11 against Northwest Division opponents.
Parlay Bet: Raptors +1 / Bulls -6
Raptors vs. Timberwolves Picks / Kings vs. Bulls Picks
The Raptors are coming off a terrible performance against the Pelicans. They lost by 30 points to a team that should not have been on the same floor. The Raptors are still 8-2 ATS in their past ten, and the books are giving me a free point.
Minnesota is good, but I give the advantage to the Raptors. The Bulls will face the Kings on Wednesday.
The team is 4-1 in their past five ATS. I like them to cover again against an inferior Kings team.
The combined odds of the parlay are +264. A $100 wager would pay out $364.46.
