The NBA Wednesday slate is loaded with some blockbuster matchups. The majority of these games have playoff implications as the season comes to an end. The betting value amongst the money lines spreads, and totals are tremendous.
Here are my best NBA bets for Wednesday, March 23, 2022!
Point Spread Bet: Pacers -6
The Sacramento Kings and Indiana Pacers will battle on Wednesday night. This game definitely does not have the largest appeal, but it’s a great game for betting. The Kings and Pacers will both enter with 25 wins. Yet, the advantage clearly lies with Indiana in this contest.
The Pacers are 4-1 SU in their last five games at home against Sacramento. They are also riding a two-game winning streak into this home game on Wednesday. The Kings have won just one game in their past eight matchups. I expect Chris Duarte to play in this game, and if he does, the Pacers will be fine. He dropped 15 points last game against Sacramento.
Money Line Underdog: Thunder +104
The Orlando Magic are coming off a huge win over Golden State on Tuesday. They were seven-point underdogs but won by four points. Oklahoma City has not won a game in their last ten, but hear me out.
The Magic are in the second game of a back-to-back which does not help their cause. Both teams will enter with the same number of wins with 20. The Thunder have been much better ATS with a 43-25-4 record.
This spread is very slim, so if Oklahoma City can cover, they will likely win. I would rather have the positive odds than +1.5 in this game.
Game Total: Jazz / Celtics Over 218 Points
The Jazz and Celtics will battle in a huge game on Wednesday. The Celtics started the season slowly, but they have come alive in a big way. The team is winning games, and they are also scoring a ton of points. Boston has gone over in 11 of their past 15 games.
The Jazz have been going under more times than not, but Boston should bring out points in the team. With the number of scorers in this game, I believe 218 is too low of a total. If Jayson Tatum gets going, this total can get over very quickly.
Parlay Bet: Suns -1.5 / Lakers +7.5
Suns vs. Timberwolves Prediction / 76ers vs. Lakers Prediction
The Phoenix Suns will take on the Timberwolves in Minnesota on Wednesday. The Suns are -1.5 in this game, which is a very fair spread. The Suns are 4-1 ATS and 5-0 SU in their past five games.
They have not lost on the road in five games and are 5-2 ATS in their past seven against Minnesota. The Lakers will host the Sixers on Wednesday. Philadelphia is one of the best teams in the Eastern Conference, but it’s tough to win by 7.5.
I am relying on LeBron James having a big night. The Lakers have not been good, but they have potential. The combined odds of the parlay are +264.
