Best Bet: Miami Hurricanes +4.5 (-110)
The Miami Hurricanes head into Monday’s clash with the North Carolina Tar Heels on a four-game winning streak. When you look at the bigger picture, the Hurricanes have won 20 of their 25 games this season, meaning they sit second in the Atlantic Coast Conference.
On the flip side, the Tar Heels find themselves eighth in the standings with a record of 16-9, having lost three of their previous four outings. The bookies favor North Carolina to triumph on home soil, but I’m confident that high-flying Miami will seal the deal.
West Virginia Mountaineers at Baylor Bears
West Virginia vs. Baylor Picks
Best Bet: Baylor Bears -6.5 (-110)
Not only have the Baylor Bears won each of their last three games, but they have also won nine of their previous 10. As a result, they occupy third place in the Big 12 Conference, boasting a solid record of 19- 6. Better still, the Bears are the second-highest scoring team in the conference.
By contrast, the West Virginia Mountaineers have been wildly inconsistent of late, registering five wins and five losses across their past 10 outings. The Mountaineers have conceded more points than anyone else in the Big 12 this season, so I expect Baylor to cover the spread here.
Texas Longhorns at Texas Tech Red Raiders
Best Bet: Texas Longhorns -4 (-105)
The Texas Longhorns find themselves at the summit of the Big 12 Conference, having won 20 of their 25 games this season. At the opposite end of the standings, the Texas Tech Red Raiders sit second from bottom with a record of 13-12.
Given the evident gulf between the Lone Star State rivals, I can see the Longhorns dominating proceedings at United Supermarkets Arena. After all, the Red Raiders have lost 10 of their previous 13 outings, with a damaging eight-game losing streak coming between December and January.

Drexel Dragons at Hofstra Pride
Drexel vs. Hofstra Picks
Best Bet: Hofstra Pride -10 (-105)
The Hofstra Pride come into Monday’s meeting with the Drexel Dragons on a seven-game winning run. On top of that, the Pride have won 11 of their past 12 games, with their last defeat coming against the Towson Tigers back in mid-January.
It is worth noting that the Dragons have lost three of their last six games, with five defeats coming in their previous 12 outings. Since Drexel has picked up four wins fewer than Hofstra this season, I’m confident that Hosftra will secure a high-scoring victory on home soil.
Towson Tigers at William & Mary Tribe
Towson vs. William & Mary Picks
Best Bet: Towson Tigers -10.5 (-110)
In addition to losing each of their last four games, the William & Mary Tribe have suffered seven defeats in their previous eight encounters. Consequently, they look destined to struggle against the in-form Towson Tigers on Monday.
Indeed, the Tigers have won seven of their past nine games, meaning they have registered eight victories more than the Tribe this season. Although the bookies are presenting a sizeable deficit, the Tigers should be able to cover the spread here.
