Having lost four of their last five games, the Washington State Cougars find themselves third from bottom in the Pac-12 Conference. At the opposite end of the standings, the UCLA Bruins sit second with a record of 18-4.
Although the Bruins have lost two of their last three outings, they have won 15 of their previous 17. Boasting the best defense in the Pac-12 Conference, UCLA looks destined to secure a comfortable victory over Washington State.
Oregon State Beavers at Arizona Wildcats

Best Bet: Arizona Wildcats -19 (-110)
The Arizona Wildcats head into Saturday’s showdown against the Oregon State Beavers on a five-game winning streak. When you look at the bigger picture, the Wildcats have won 20 of their 23 encounters this season – racking up a whopping 1915 points in the process.
On the flip side, the Oregon State Beavers find themselves second from bottom in the Pac-12 Conference with a record of 9-14. Since the Wildcats are flying high at the top of the standings, they are set for high-scoring win at home.

That said, I’m backing Saint Mary’s to cover the spread at home. Why? Because the Gaels have won each of their previous 10 games, while the Bulldogs suffered a defeat to the Loyola Marymount Lions not so long ago.
Hawaii Rainbow Warriors at Cal Poly Mustangs

Best Bet: Hawaii Rainbow Warriors -7.5 (-110)
Not only have the Cal Poly Mustangs lost each of their last 10 games, but they have also lost 13 of their previous 14. Having failed to taste victory in 2023, the Mustangs sit second from bottom in the Big West Conference.
By contrast, the Hawaii Rainbow Warriors find themselves second in the standings with a record of 16-7. Although the Rainbow Warriors have struggled for consistency in recent weeks, they shouldn’t struggle to dispatch the lowly Mustangs.
UC Santa Barbara Gauchos at Cal State Northridge Matadors

Best Bet: UC Santa Barbara Gauchos -12 (-110)
The UC Santa Barbara Gauchos are undoubtedly one of the strongest teams in college basketball right now. Indeed, the Gauchos have won 14 of their previous 15 outings to cement first place in the Big West Conference.
Meanwhile, the Cal State Northridge Matadors are stuck at the foot of the standings with a record of 4- 18. The Matadors have only managed to win one of their past 11 games, meaning they will likely suffer a heavy defeat against the high-flying Gauchos.
