MLB player props today: DraftKings’ lines for the Tampa Bay Rays at the Cleveland Guardians (ALCS Game 5), Sunday, October 18 at 5:00 p.m. Eastern, as ESPN’s odds feed listed them at 12:55 p.m. Eastern on Sunday, October 18. 85 lines across 20 players, with the 2026 numbers each line is set against.
The series is tied 2-2. DraftKings has the Rays -132 and the Guardians +110 on the moneyline, with the total at 6.5 runs. Our prediction for the game says: “No bet on Game 5.”
None of our MLB predictions makes a player prop call, so this page names no prop bet. It puts each line beside what the player has done, and the reading is yours. Prop lines move with lineups and money: check the price before you bet it. Home run prices have their own page.
How to read a prop line
Take Chandler Simpson’s hits. The line is 0.5: the over wins if he gets a hit, the under if he does not. DraftKings prices the over -249 and the under +184.
Each price is a break-even rate. The over at -249 has to win 71.3% of the time to break even, the under at +184 35.2%. The two add up to 106.6%, and the 6.6 points over 100 are the book’s margin. Our guide to prop bets covers the other kinds, and the pitcher outs guide explains how an outs line counts.
In the tables, each cell gives the line, then the over price and the under price. “Not posted” means DraftKings had no line for that player and market at the read.

Read the small samples with care
One of the hitters with lines played fewer than half of the 162 regular-season games: Victor Mesa Jr. (79). His per-game figures rest on fewer games than the rest, and a postseason line of a few games says less again.
Where these numbers come from
The prop lines and the moneyline and total are DraftKings’, as ESPN’s odds feed carried them at 12:55 p.m. Eastern on Sunday, October 18. The player figures are ESPN’s 2026 regular-season and postseason statistics for each player. Lineups are not on this page: a hitter who sits loses his line, so check the lineup before first pitch.
