NBA Player Props Picks for Sunday, March 19th 2023

There are plenty of attractive NBA betting opportunities on offer this Sunday, March 19th. Accordingly, you will be pleased to learn that I have explored the bookies’ odds to track down the best NBA player props for today’s games. Read on to unearth my top five picks!

NBA Betting Sites

Jimmy Butler – Over 23.5 Points (-120)

Heat vs. Pistons Picks

Although the Miami Heat suffered a 14-point loss against the Chicago Bulls on Saturday, Jimmy Butler still managed to score 24 points. That means the 33-year-old has notched 23+ points in each of his previous seven appearances.

Butler will be confident of maintaining his scoring streak on Sunday, as the Heat face the Detroit Pistons, who find themselves rock bottom of the Eastern Conference following a run of 13 losses in 14 games. With that in mind, backing Butler to score over 23.5 points makes perfect sense.

NBA Betting Odds

Alperen Sengun – Over 4.5 Assists (+135)

Pelicans vs. Rockets Picks

Only four centers have a better assists per game average than the Houston Rockets’ Alperen Sengun this season. Despite Houston’s struggles, the 20-year-old Turkish star averages 3.8 assists per game in 2022-23.

It is worth noting, however, that Houston heads into Sunday’s clash against the New Orleans Pelicans on a three-game winning streak. After notching five assists against the Chicago Bulls, Sengun bagged six against the Los Angeles Lakers, so I’m backing him to chalk up over 4.5 assists against New Orleans.

Giannis Antetokounmpo – Over 11.5 Rebounds (-130)

Raptors vs. Bucks Picks

Not only does Giannis Antetokounmpo sit fourth on the points per game leaderboard, but he also occupies second place on the rebounds per game leaderboard. Needless to say, the Greek Freak is enjoying another phenomenal season.

Antetokounmpo has racked up 32 rebounds across three games since returning from a hand injury, helping the Milwaukee Bucks cement first place in the Eastern Conference. With the inconsistent Toronto Raptors up next, I’m confident that Antetokounmpo will notch over 11.5 rebounds on Sunday.

NBA Predictions

Damian Lillard – Under 35.5 Points (-110)

Clippers vs. Trail Blazers Picks

The Portland Trail Blazers head into Sunday’s showdown against the Los Angeles Clippers on a five-game losing streak. When you look at the bigger picture, the Trail Blazers have lost eight of their previous 10 outings.

For that reason, the Los Angeles Clippers will be hopeful of keeping Damian Lillard quiet at Moda Center. The Portland guard has registered under 35.5 points in five of his previous nine appearances, so I can see him struggling to surpass that mark against the Clippers.

Anthony Davis – Over 12.5 Rebounds (-120)

Magic vs. Lakers Picks

Anthony Davis has been grabbing rebounds for fun recently. After recording a whopping 22 rebounds against the Memphis Grizzlies earlier this month, Davis registered 16 against the New York Knicks and 17 against the New Orleans Pelicans.

Having added 10 rebounds to his ever-growing tally against the Dallas Mavericks last time out, the Los Angeles Lakers forward looks destined to enjoy plenty of success against the Orlando Magic. That’s why I’m backing him to achieve over 12.5 rebounds on Sunday.
