The Friday night NBA schedule is full. Here are the top five NBA picks for Friday, December 3, 2021.

Minnesota Timberwolves vs. Brooklyn Nets

Timberwolves vs. Nets Prediction

Best Bet: NETS -7.5

The Timberwolves have had a nice run winning seven of their last nine games, but they are 2-2 over their last four and they might be without their top two scorers tonight.

Karl-Anthony Towns had his second straight 30-point night last night in a loss to Washington. Towns left the game late with a back issue and is listed as questionable. Anthony Edwards is also questionable as he is recovering from the flu.

The Nets are firing on all cylinders. James Harden continues to improve as the Nets have won five of their last six. They are 14-5 when playing as the favorite and against a shorthanded Minnesota will cover the spread.

NBA Betting Odds

Cleveland Cavaliers vs. Washington Wizards

Cavaliers vs. Wizards Prediction

Best Bet: OVER 208.5

The Wizards aren’t the best of transition teams in the NBA, but tonight they may have to be. Cleveland’s size will force Washington to run the floor and take more perimeter shots.

The total in Washington’s last three games has gone over 208. Both the Wizards and Cavs has gone over 110 points two times in their last three games. Take this one to go Over the total.

Phoenix Suns vs. Golden State Warriors

Suns vs. Warriors Prediction

Best Bet: WARRIORS -6.5

Phoenix continues to win games getting its 18th straight last night against Detroit. They will face the Warriors tonight. They beat Golden State on Tuesday night at home, but will play on the road without Devin Booker tonight.

The Warriors had won seven straight before losing to Phoenix on Tuesday. Without Booker plus the fact that they are playing on back-to-back nights, the streak will come to an end.

Golden State is 7-1 ATS in their last eight games and 9-2-1 ATS at home this year. They win and cover tonight.

Pro NBA Predictions

Los Angeles Clippers vs. Los Angeles Lakers

Clippers vs. Lakers Prediction

Best Bet: LAKERS -1

LeBron James is set to return from COVID protocols. This is the first meeting between the two LA teams this season. The Clippers have actually won the last three straight in the series.

The Clippers have lost three straight and six of their last eight. They are also just 1-7 ATS in their last eight games. The Lakers haven’t covered the spread at home against the Clippers in the last eight games. That changes tonight.

Philadelphia 76ers vs. Atlanta Hawks

76ers vs. Hawks Prediction

Best Bet: UNDER 213.5

The last three times these teams played the total went Under. In those three games, the Hawks and Sixers combined for 206 points.

Lately, both teams have been playing solid defense. The Hawks have given up an average of 103.3 points in their last three games. The Sixers have given up just 101.7.

Philadelphia plays at the slowest pace in the league averaging just 96.3 possessions per game. Atlanta isn’t all that much faster at 98.3. Atlanta will be without Bogan Bogdanovich tonight and Cam Reddish is questionable. This all points to the Under.
