Bengals vs Ravens Best Pick, Prediction and Odds
Take the Ravens +1. Our number has Baltimore winning by 4.84 points, and the books have the Ravens getting a point at home.
This is our Bengals vs Ravens prediction for Week 7: Cincinnati Bengals at Baltimore Ravens, Sunday 25 October 2026 at 1:00 pm ET. It is an AFC North game, with Cincinnati 3-2 and Baltimore 4-2 going in. Every bet on this card is the same flat stake. There is one bet here, on the spread. We pass on the total.
What the prices say
Across 11 books read at 21:10 UTC on 23 October, the moneyline is -110 on both sides. Two prices of -110 add to more than 100% because a book builds in a margin, the extra it keeps whichever side wins. Take that margin out and the market gives each team a 50.0% chance.
The spread median is Cincinnati -1, Baltimore +1, and the books do not agree. Five have Cincinnati -1 and two have Cincinnati -1.5. One has a pick’em, two have Baltimore -0.5 and one has Baltimore -1.5. The first line read, on 13 September, had Cincinnati +4. The total sits at 48.5 at ten books and 48 at one, after a first read of 52.5.
How 4.84 is reached
Here is the method for the side, in one sentence: take half the gap between the two teams’ points-per-game differentials, then add 2.5 points for home field. Over 2025, Baltimore finished +26, or +1.53 a game. Cincinnati finished -78, or -4.59 a game. That makes Baltimore a 5.56-point favourite.
Against Ravens +1, that is an edge of 6.56 points. My threshold is 2. A number built on season rates carries more error than that, so below 2 points I pass.
A bet has to clear the threshold twice. This season Baltimore is +4.0 a game over six games and Cincinnati +3.8 a game over five, which on its own makes Baltimore a 2.6-point favourite. Weight 2025 and 2026 by games played and the number is Baltimore by 4.84. The edge on that blend is 5.84, the smaller of the two edges, and still well clear of 2.
This season so far
The records and results below sit outside the method. Cincinnati beat Tampa Bay 33-27 at home, won 20-6 at Houston, lost 30-27 at Pittsburgh, lost 22-17 at home to Jacksonville and won 31-24 at Miami. Baltimore won 41-23 at Indianapolis, lost 24-17 at home to New Orleans, won 34-31 at Dallas, beat Tennessee 24-18 at home and won 30-23 at Atlanta. Its last game was a 13-10 loss at Cleveland.
Against the closing spreads, the Ravens covered at Indianapolis and won outright at Atlanta as 3.5-point underdogs. They pushed at Dallas. They missed against New Orleans at -8.5 and Tennessee at -11.5, and lost at Cleveland as 3-point favourites. The Bengals covered against Tampa Bay at -4 and won at Houston as 2.5-point underdogs. They lost at Pittsburgh as 3.5-point favourites and at home to Jacksonville at -2.5, then pushed at Miami on 7.
Cincinnati on the road, Baltimore at home
The method uses whole seasons and a flat 2.5 points for home field. It leaves the venue splits out, and those splits are the case against this bet. Baltimore went 3-6 at home in 2025, scoring 21.9 a game and allowing 25.4. On the road it went 5-3, scoring 28.4 and allowing 21.1. These splits leave out neutral-site games.
Cincinnati went 3-5 on the road in 2025, scoring 21.4 and allowing 28.4. At home it went 3-6, scoring 27.0 and allowing 29.4. The Bengals scored less on the road, and their defence allowed more than 28 a game in both places. This season Baltimore is 1-1 at home and 3-1 on the road. Cincinnati is 2-1 on the road and 1-1 at home.
A team that went 3-6 at home, getting a point at home? Personally, I would not build a bet on nine home games and two this season. The Ravens’ home record is real, and it is the way this goes wrong. The whole-season numbers still have Baltimore at +1.53 a game in 2025 and Cincinnati at -4.59.
The season around it
Baltimore finished 2025 at 8-9 while scoring 24.9 a game and allowing 23.4, a differential of +26. The Ravens were 2-5 in one-score games and 3-3 in the division. Cincinnati finished 6-11, scoring 24.4 and allowing 28.9, a differential of -78. The Bengals were 3-5 in one-score games and also 3-3 in the division.
The teams split two games last season. On Thursday 27 November, in Week 13, Cincinnati won 32-14 in Baltimore. On Sunday 14 December, in Week 15, Baltimore won 24-0 in Cincinnati. Both games are inside our 2025 number, and one game in each building proves nothing about this one.
Pick: Ravens +1
The edge is 5.84 points on the blend and 6.56 on 2025, against a threshold of 2. The median line is Ravens +1 across 11 books, read on 23 October 2026 at 21:10 UTC. Two books have Ravens +1.5, the best number on the board. The first line read, on 13 September, had Cincinnati +4. Across the books the Cincinnati side is priced from -122 to +100, so shop around for the Ravens price before you take it.
Worst price to bet: Ravens -2.84 on our number. The home split is the risk and I have named it. The season numbers clear the threshold on both reads, though, and every quote on the board is inside that range. Give me the Ravens.
What kills the bet
The price first. The Ravens stay a bet as long as the line is Baltimore -2.84 or better for them. Past that, I pass. For Cincinnati to become the bet, the line would have to reach Cincinnati +7.56 or better.
Read the injury report and check the lineups before you bet. The number on this page was set from the season results, and the prices were read on Friday, 23 October.
The total and the moneyline
The total uses the same approach: each team’s expected points are the average of what it scored a game and what the other side allowed. On 2025, that puts Cincinnati at 23.9 and Baltimore at 26.9, a total of 50.8. This season alone gives 47.7, and the games-weighted blend gives 50.04.
Against 48.5, the over has an edge of 2.3 on 2025 and 1.54 on the blend. The blend misses the threshold, so there is no bet. The over becomes a bet at or below 48.04, and the under at or above 52.8. The one book at 48 is a lean on the over, never a second bet. In 2025, nine of each team’s 17 games went over 48.5. This season, three of Cincinnati’s five and three of Baltimore’s six have.
The moneyline is context only. At -110 a side, there is no gap to stake.
Every call here comes from one method run on the 2025 and 2026 results, with the same flat stake and the same 2-point threshold on every game. The bet is Ravens +1, good as long as the line stays at Baltimore -2.84 or better for the Ravens. The other Week 7 predictions use the same method and the same threshold.
